GELF is a +1.8bio€ investment fund, investing in logistic real estate properties in Europe.
Main tasks and duties are:
+ Consolidation and reporting to investors (IFRS)
+ Financial controlling (and review of accountants' work) of the +120 entities (In 11 European countries)
+ In charge of the external audit relation and support (with the implementation of the controls' based approach)
+ Dealing with the external Central Administration
+ Review of the financial part of documents sent to Investment Committee and Boards
+ Financial checks and analysis of tenants and contractors
+ Tax position overview of the Fund, using a tax model (fine tuning, review of the assumptions, liaison with tax
experts to improve tax structuring of the Fund)
+ Attendance to IC's and Board meetings
+ Assistance to the Finance Director of the Fund
+ Various financial due diligences when needed

reconcile their inter-companies accounts.
c) Special mission in internal audit in PricewaterhouseCoopers Paris to validate their controls on various topic
(Work in progress, time sheets controls…).
