THE POURCEL BROTHERS PARTNER MILLESIMEBIO
As sons of wine-growers from the Languedoc,
leading chefs the Pourcel brothers, are sensitive to
the production of organic wines.
They are delighted to partner the 20th edition of
Millésime Bio, on 28, 29, 30 January 2013, in
Montpellier.
For the occasion, their three Montpellier
restaurants, Le Jardin des Sens, La Compagnie des
Comptoirs and Insensé at the Musée Fabre, will be
adapting their opening hours during the fair, and
two of them (*), will be providing a reduced winelist,
put together by Sudvinbio, the fair organiser and
Yannis Khérachi, sommelier at Le Jardin des Sens,
offering organic wines.
