Terms and Conditions for Postal Boxes can be found by going to www.canadapost.ca/poboxes
By using your Postal Box, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

NO LIABILITY: CANADA POST AND ITS AGENTS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
AUTHORIZED DEALERS) SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
GENERAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY
CONNECTED TO THIS AGREEMENT REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE
BASED ON CONTRACT OR TORT.
o
All sales are final. Refunds and/or credits will not be issued for PO Box cancellations or
terminations during a rental period.
o
Identification may be required when receiving your Postal Box. You may also need
identification for receiving delivered items that require signature or if you need to
purchase replacement keys (fees may apply). The Terms and Conditions provide a list
of acceptable identification.
o
Your rental will automatically renew at the end of your rental term unless you fax a
cancellation request to Canada Post Accounts Management before the expiry date
o
It is your responsibility to provide Canada Post with accurate information, including
changes to contact information such as phone number and email address.
o
Canada Post reserves the right to change its terms and conditions, prices, location and
quantity of Postal Boxes
o
The Postal Box is to be used only to receive mail items sent through Canada Post
approved services. It may not be used as a storage or security compartment. The use of
the Postal Box is not transferable.
o

AUCUNE RESPONSABILITÉ : POSTES CANADA ET SES AGENTS (Y COMPRIS, SANS
TOUTEFOIS S'Y LIMITER, LES CONCESSIONNAIRES AGRÉÉS) NE POURRONT ÊTRE
TENUS RESPONSABLES D'UN QUELCONQUE DOMMAGE DIRECT, INDIRECT, GÉNÉRAL,
PARTICULIER OU CONSÉCUTIF DÉCOULANT DE LA PRÉSENTE ENTENTE OU S'Y
RAPPORTANT, MÊME S'IL S'AGIT D'UNE RESPONSABILITÉ CONTRACTUELLE OU
DÉLICTUELLE.

Toutes les ventes sont définitives. Aucun remboursement ni crédit ne sera délivré en
cas d'annulation ou de cessation de location d'une case postale pendant la période de
location.

Au moment de la réception de votre case postale, une pièce d'identité pourrait vous être
demandée. Vous devrez peut-être également présenter une pièce d'identité à la
réception d'articles nécessitant une signature ou si vous devez acheter des clés de
remplacement (des frais peuvent s'appliquer). Les modalités présentent une liste des
pièces d'identité acceptables.
o
Votre location sera automatiquement renouvelée à l'issue de votre période de location, à
moins que vous n'envoyiez par télécopie une demande d'annulation au service Gestion
des comptes de Postes Canada avant la date d'expiration.
o
Il vous incombe de fournir à Postes Canada des renseignements exacts, y compris toute
modification à vos coordonnées, telles que votre numéro de téléphone et votre adresse
électronique.
o
Postes Canada se réserve le droit de modifier les modalités, les prix, l'emplacement et la
quantité de ses cases postales.
o
La case postale ne doit servir qu'à la réception des articles de courrier expédiés par un
service approuvé de Postes Canada. Son emploi comme compartiment d'entreposage ou
de sécurité n'est pas autorisé. Il est interdit de transférer l'emploi d'une case postale.
