Parc Naturel Régional du Doubs
Le Parc du Doubs reconnu «Parc naturel régional d’importance nationale» se veut le garant
du développement durable de son territoire. Le Parc s’étend sur plus de 40km.
Das als «Regionaler Naturpark von nationaler Bedeutung» anerkannte Schutzgebiet Doubs
versteht sich als Garant für die nachhaltige Entwicklung seines Territoriums. Der Park
erstreckt sich über mehr als 40 km.
The Parc du Doubs is recognized as a «regional nature park of national importance»
where a sustainable development of the territory is a top priority. The park extends over
more than 40 km.

Etang de la Gruère - Centre Nature, Les Cerlatez
La réserve naturelle de l’étang de la Gruère couvre plus de 120 hectares. C’est un site
marécageux d’importance nationale qui invite à la promenade. Le Centre Nature propose
des visites guidées de la réserve mais également des expositions.
Das Naturschutzgebiet des Moor-Sees Étang de Gruère erstreckt sich über eine Fläche
von mehr als 120 Hektar. Die Torfmoorlandschaft von gesamtschweizerischer Bedeutung
lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ein. Das Natur- und Landschaftszentrum beherbergt
Ausstellungen und bietet Führungen durch das Schutzgebiet an.
The nature reserve Étang de la Gruère covers more than 120 hectares. The marshes are
of national significance and invite to take a walk. The Nature Centre offers guided visits of
the reserve as well as exhibitions.

Rochers des Sommêtres, Le Noimont
Les Sommêtres sont une chaîne rocheuse culminant à 1’079 m d’altitude. L’endroit est
réputé pour l’escalade et le point de vue offert depuis le sommet est impressionnant.
Accessible uniquement à pied.
Die Sommêtres-Felsenkette erreicht an ihrer höchsten Stelle 1’079 m. Sie ist bei Kletterfreunden sehr beliebt und die Aussicht vom Gipfel ist schlicht atemberaubend. Nur zu
Fuss zugänglich.
The Sommêtres is a mountain range with the highest altitude at 1’079 m. It is famous for
climbing and offers an impressive view from the top. Only accessible on foot.

Combe Tabeillon
La Combe Tabeillon est située entre le village de Glovelier et le plateau des FranchesMontagnes. Entre étangs et forêts, c’est un lieu idéal pour les amateurs de randonnée et
de nature.
Zwischen Glovelier und der Freiberger Hochebene lädt die Talsenke Combe Tabeillon zu
Entspannung und Naturerlebnissen ein. Die inmitten einer Seen- und Berglandschaft gelegene Combe Tabeillon bietet Wander- und Naturfreunden alles was das Herz begehrt.
The Combe Tabeillon is situated between the village of Glovelier and the plateau of the
Franches-Montagnes. With its ponds and forests it is ideal for hiking tours through nature.

Chêne des Bosses, Châtillon
Le chêne des Bosses doit son nom à son tronc très tourmenté fait de bosses et de renflements. La légende lui attribue même plus de mille ans. Cet arbre hors du commun est
considéré comme le plus grand et le plus vieux chêne pédonculé d’Europe.
Die Stieleiche «Chêne des Bosses», was so viel wie «Buckel-Eiche» bedeutet, verdankt
ihren Namen den Höckern und Verdickungen ihres uralten Stamms. Der Legende nach soll
sie sogar über tausend Jahre alt sein. Dieser beeindruckende und einzigartige Laubbaum
gilt als die grösste und älteste Stieleiche Europas.
This oak tree got its name because of its twisted trunk full of knobs and bulges. It is said to
be more than one thousand years old. The very special tree is considered the highest and
oldest pedunculate oak in Europe.

Lac de Lucelle
Lucelle, où se trouvent quelques vestiges d’une abbaye cistercienne, se situe dans la
paisible vallée de la Lucelle, entourée de forêts. Une promenade de 45 minutes permet de
découvrir les alentours du lac.
Lucelle, wo auch heute noch Überreste einer Zisterzienser-Abtei an die Vergangenheit erinnern, liegt im von herrlichen Waldlandschaften umgebenen Lucelle-Tal. Ein
45-minütiger Spaziergang um den See bietet Gelegenheit, seine überaus vielfältige
Flora und Fauna kennenzulernen.
Lucelle is situated in a peaceful valley surrounded by forests. Some remains of a Cistercian
abbey are found there. A walk of 45 minutes takes visitors around the lake.

Grottes de Réclère
Découvertes en 1886, les grottes de Réclère se trouvent dans les environs de Porrentruy et
s’étendent sur plus d’un kilomètre et demi. La visite des grottes peut être combinée avec
une visite du Préhisto-Parc.
Die unterirdische Welt der 1886 in der Nähe von Porrentruy entdeckten Tropfsteinhöhlen
von Réclère erstreckt sich über mehr als anderthalb Kilometer Länge. Die Besichtigung der
Grotten kann mit einem spannenden Besuch im Dinosaurierpark kombiniert werden.
The Réclère grottos were discovered in 1886. They are situated near Porrentruy and
extend over more than 1.5 km. The visit of the grottos can be combined with a visit of
the Préhisto-Park.

Etangs de Bonfol
La commune de Bonfol abrite une réserve naturelle composée de 6 étangs que l’on peut
découvrir à l’aide de différents sentiers pédestres.
Die Gemeinde Bonfol wacht über ein Naturschutzgebiet, in dem nicht weniger als sechs
ehemalige Fischweiher und ein facettenreiches Wanderwegenetz zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen einladen.
The commune of Bonfol has a nature reserve with 6 ponds that can be explored on various
walking trails.

Situé à proximité de Delémont, le parc compte 7 parcours dans les arbres et offre un large
choix d’activités ludiques pour petits et grands. A découvrir également sur le même site :
sentier pieds nus Kneipp et Croquet’Aventure.
Unweit von Delsberg (frz.: Delémont) lockt der Abenteuerpark Jura Adventure mit 7 Kletterparcours unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgrades in den Bäumen und bietet darüber
hinaus eine Vielzahl spielerischer Freizeitaktivitäten für Jung und Alt. Vor Ort auch ein
Kneipp-Barfusspfad, welcher ein intensives Fusserlebnis verspricht und Croquet’Aventure.
Situated near Delémont, the park features 7 rope courses in the trees and numerous playful
activities for young and old. Not to be missed on the same site: the Kneipp barefoot trail
and Croquet’Aventure.

Le Dido Centre propose une halle de jeux couverte pour les enfants, un Laser Game, un

Swiss Labyrinthe, Delémont
Labyrinthe géant, de 5 km, situé dans un champ de maïs, à moins de 5 minutes à pied de
la gare de Delémont. Tout au long du parcours, différentes énigmes aideront les visiteurs à
trouver leur chemin ou à se perdre en famille.
Vom Bahnhof Delsberg aus ist das in einem Maisfeld angelegte 5 km lange Riesenlabyrinth
in knapp fünf Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Auf der gesamten Streckenlänge helfen Rätselaufgaben den Besuchern dabei, ihren Weg wiederzufinden oder sich im Gegenteil mit der
ganzen Familie gründlich zu verirren.
Giant maze of 5 km length in a cornfield just 5 minutes on foot from the Delémont train
station. Along the tracks there are different riddles which help to find the way or get lost
with the whole family.

La Croisée des Loisirs, Delémont
Le centre offre de nombreuses activités : minigolf, terrains de tennis, de badminton et de

Chasse au trésor, Saint-Ursanne
L’aventure débute à la Maison du Tourisme, à l’entrée de Saint-Ursanne et se poursuit en
canoë à la recherche d’indices sur le Doubs. Un livret, remis à chaque explorateur, aide à
trouver tous les postes cachés et permet d’accéder au trésor final.
Das Abenteuer nimmt im Haus des Tourismus am Ortseingang von Saint-Ursanne seinen
Anfang. Dann geht’s auf der Suche nach Indizien im Kanu auf dem Doubs weiter. Jede
Forscherin und jeder Forscher erhält ein Streckenheft, das die Suche nach den geheimen
Etappen erleichtert und ganz zum Schluss den Zugang zum Tresor ermöglicht.
The adventure starts at the tourism office at the entrance of St. Ursanne and consists of a
treasure hunt by canoe on the river Doubs. Participants receive a booklet with hints where
to find the hidden posts in order to gain access to the treasure chest.

Trans Swiss Trail
L’itinéraire complet est composé de 32 étapes, entre Porrentruy et Mendrisio. L’étape jurassienne rallie Porrentruy à la ville médiévale de Saint-Ursanne puis continue à travers les
pâturages boisés des Franches-Montagnes à destination de Saint-Imier.
Der Fernwanderweg führt in 32 Etappen von Porrentruy nach Mendrisio. Der Abschnitt
durch den Jura verbindet Porrentruy mit dem mittelalterlichen Städtchen Saint-Ursanne
und führt weiter über die Waldweiden der Freiberge nach Saint-Imier.
The complete route comprises 32 stages from Porrentruy to Mendrisio. The Jura leg links
Porrentruy to the medieval town of St. Ursanne and continues through the wooded pastures

Chemin Au fil du Doubs
Le parcours au fil de l’eau conduit des Brenets, non loin de La Chaux-de-Fonds, à SaintUrsanne. Il longe pratiquement toujours la rivière et traverse le Parc naturel régional du
Doubs, d’ouest en est.
Der Weg führt von Les Brenets in der Nähe von La Chaux-de-Fonds bis nach St. Ursanne
praktisch immer dem Doubs entlang. Dabei durchquert er den regionalen Naturpark Doubs
von Westen nach Osten.

Vélos électriques
Le projet E-Bike Park Jura permet de parcourir la région Jura & Trois-Lacs en profitant
des 18 stations de location situées à proximité des gares et de créer son parcours d’un ou
plusieurs jours avec des vélos munis d’un moteur électrique.
Wer die Region Jura & Drei-Seen-Land mit dem Velo entdecken möchte, kann dazu nun
die im Rahmen des Projektes E-Bike Park Jura geschaffenen 18 Leihstationen in Bahnhofsnähe nutzen und sich seine ein- oder mehrtägige Bikewanderstrecke selbst zusammenstellen. Auf den mit Elektromotoren ausgestatteten E-Bikes fährt es sich munter hügelauf- und hügelabwärts.

Vélo

Au pays du cheval - Merde !
Jura Tourisme a aménagé la place devant ses locaux de Saignelégier autour du thème de
la chance. Les visiteurs de passage peuvent y clouer un fer à cheval au prix de CHF 10.00.
Ils participeront ensuite à un tirage au sort chaque vendredi 13 de 2015 et pourront gagner
un séjour dans le Jura.
C’est une anecdote qui est le point de départ de cette action. Savez-vous d’ailleurs pourquoi
on dit «merde» pour souhaiter bonne chance ? Dans le monde du théâtre, souhaiter «merde»
à un comédien, c’était espérer autrefois pour lui que de nombreuses calèches viennent
devant le théâtre déposer les spectateurs. Comme les chevaux ne manquaient pas de garnir
le parvis de leur crottin, beaucoup de merde signifiait alors beaucoup de spectateurs, donc
du succès et de la chance. Depuis, l’expression est restée et s’est généralisée.

Der Ursprung der Initiative ist auf eine Anekdote zurückzuführen. Wissen Sie eigentlich, warum man auf Französisch «Merde» (dt: «Mist») sagt, wenn man jemandem Glück
wünschen will? Wenn man in alten Zeiten einem Schauspieler in der Welt des Theaters
«Merde» wünschte, dann hoffte man, dass viele Kutschen vor dem Theater halten und
zahlreiche ZuschauerInnen absetzen würden. Da die Kutschpferde es sich dabei nicht
nehmen liessen, den Theatervorplatz mit ihrem Pferdemist zu schmücken, war viel Mist
gleichbedeutend mit zahlreichen TheaterbesucherInnen und somit Synonym von Glück
und Erfolg. Der Ausdruck ist geblieben und hat sich allgemein verbreitet.
Jura Tourism has decided to base the area in front of its Saignelégier premises around the
theme of luck. Visitors passing by can nail a horseshoe here. They can then take part in a
prize draw every Friday the 13th in 2015 with a chance to win a stay in the Jura.
The origin of this campaign lies in an anecdote. Do you know why French speakers say
«merde» (shit) to wish someone good luck? In the world of theatre, saying ‘merde’ to an actor
used to mean wishing that lots of carriages full of spectators would pull up at the theatre.
Since this would result in the forecourt being left covered in manure by the many horses,

L’Association pour un réseau équestre aux Franches-Montagnes et environs (AREF) a mis
en place et entretient un réseau de plus de 250 km de pistes balisées pour les cavaliers.
Le réseau comporte trois boucles d’environ 45 km.

Freibergen zum Ziel gesetzt. Inzwischen stehen den Reiterinnen und Reitern rund 250 km

Jardin médiéval, Saint-Ursanne
Sur les bords du Doubs, le Courtil de St-Ursanne se dresse dans une série de bacs en
bois, organisés en damier. Ce jardin médiéval permet de découvrir différents espaces du
culture tels que le jardin de Marie, le jardin potager ou le jardin médicinal. Plus de 70
espèces de plantes et fleurs y sont présentées et des panneaux indiquent leurs propriétés et leur utilisation durant le Moyen Age.
Am Ufer de Doubs lädt der Garten Courtil de St-Ursanne dazu ein, seine schachbrettartig angelegten Holz-Hochbeete zu bewundern. In dem mittelalterlichen Garten sind
verschiedene Kulturflächen zu entdecken, wie z. B. der «Jardin de Marie» sowie der
Gemüse- und der Heilpflanzengarten. Über 70 Pflanzen- und Blumenarten werden hier
gezeigt. Informationstafeln informieren die BesucherInnen über die heilenden Eigenschaften der Pflanzen und wie sie im Mittelalter zur Anwendung kamen.
On the banks of the Doubs, the Courtil de St-Ursanne gardens features a series of
wooden flower beds organised in a chessboard design. This mediaeval garden offers the
chance to explore different areas of cultivation such as the Marie Garden, the vegetable
garden and the medicinal garden. More than 70 species of plants and flowers are featured here along with panels indicating their properties and uses during the Middle Ages.

Le musée est situé dans l’un des plus beaux hôpitaux urbains de style baroque tardif de
Suisse. Il propose un large panorama de l’histoire du Jura à travers une série d’objets
riches ainsi qu’une pharmacie en bois d’érable du 19e siècle.

aus der Zeit des Spätbarocks untergebracht. Anhand einer Vielzahl von Exponaten und

The museum is situated in a former hospital, one of the nicest late-baroque buildings in
Switzerland. It presents a wide selection of objects which illustrate the history of the Jura,

Le sentier propose une découverte en forêt à travers une vingtaine de panneaux thématiques et conduit à un site à traces, comportant des empreintes de dinosaures dont
certaines mesurent plus d’un mètre de diamètre.
Anhand von 20 thematischen Infotafeln bietet der Lehrpfad Gelegenheit, zunächst den
Wald zu entdecken. Der Pfad führt anschliessend zu einer Stelle, an der Fussabdrücke von

Le damasson est une petite prune rouge dont on tire une eau-de-vie au fumet et à la subtilité renommés. Son terroir originel et naturel est le canton du Jura, notamment l’Ajoie. La
distillerie Schneider à Cornol propose des visites et dégustations.
Der Damasson ist eine kleine rote Pflaume, aus der ein renommierter schmackhafter

Bières artisanales
La brasserie des Franches-Montagnes est une brasserie régionale, installée depuis 1997
à Saignelégier. La brasserie de Porrentruy a été fondée en 1996. Sa cave de dégustation
date du 19e siècle. Des visites et dégustations peuvent être réservées.
Die regionale Bierbrauerei «Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes» wurde 1997 in Saignelégier gegründet. 1996 ist das Gründungsjahr der in Porrentruy angesiedelten Brauerei. Ihr

Le sentier s’étend sur 2 km et se parcourt pieds nus. Des ateliers à la découverte des sens
et des stations d’hydrothérapie offrent aux visiteurs la possibilité de découvrir la méthode
Kneipp, prévention naturelle de la santé.
Der Barfusspfad ist 2 km lang und, wie sein Name verrät, barfuss zu erkunden. Workshops
zum Erforschen der Sinne und Hydrotherapiestationen bieten den Gästen Gelegenheit,
mehr über die Kneipp-Anwendungen zu erfahren. Es handelt sich um eine Methode zur
natürlichen Gesunderhaltung.
On this barefoot trail of 2 km length the visitors get to know more about the Kneipp method,
a natural way to sustain one’s health. Hydrotherapy stations and workshops to experience
the senses add to the experiment.

The Jura Railways boast 74 km of rails and take the hikers, bikers, and cross-country
