If parents would like to have their invoices emailed to them, please email [email protected]. In
your email please state your child’s name and the program they attend. Please note that currently our book keeper is at our main site on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Deposits are still
made every Friday. Schedules can also be sent via email [email protected] and need to be
submitted BEFORE the months end for the next month billing.
There will be upcoming changes to policies in our Parent Handbook, specifically to Nap Time,
Returning after being sick and Medication, Toilet Training, Arrival/Departure and Behavioural
Contract for School Age Children. Changes will be sent to all families in April.
Our Summer Closures will be from July 27-31 and August 3-7, 2015. We will re-open for
regular hours on Monday August 10th.

L’inscription pour le congé de mars est affichée sur les portes de l’entrée pour la maternelle à la 6ième année.
Préscolaires et Bambins
Vous êtes facturer comme d’habitude pour la semaine, si vous votre enfant ne sera pas ici , s’il vous plaît
nous avertir en avance.

Please have your child dress appropriately for outdoor play….coat, snow pants, boots, hat and a pair of
snow mittens (with thumbs) will keep your child
warm and able to manipulate toys easier.

If there are any changes to your child’s routine
(parent away, transitioning to a “big” bed, no more
soother, visiting family….etc) please let your child’s
teacher know. Small changes to a child’s routine
can change their behavior too.

During the winter months….we are asking parents to
remove their boots BEFORE entering our classroom.
We are trying to keep our floors clean and dry for
your children.
Upon arrival at the Centre, it is the parents responsibility to ensure your child is ready for the
day. This includes ensuring all of their outer
wear is off and hung at their cubby, their
boots/shoes have been changed with their indoor
shoes on and if they need to have a diaper
change before starting their day in the program.

of gently used board games and magazines

jouer dehors, car nous sommes dehors 2 heures par
jour si la température le permet.
Des jouets de la maison ne sont pas permis à la
garderie..

en tout de cas qu’il on un accident ou leurs vêtements
deviennent mouiller.
