TASTING
Reflets pourpres intenses, bouquet complexe
aux notes florales et de cerises. Bouche fraîche
et gourmande, arômes de cassis. Rond et
équilibré avec un belle longueur et des tannins
élégamment fondus.
Intense purple highlights, complex bouquet with
floral and cherry notes. Fresh and greedy mouth,
flavors of cassis. Round and balanced with a long
finish and elegant tannins.

VIGNERON
« Paloumey » signifie en gascon « le passage de
la palombe ». Martine Cazeneuve en 1989 prend
le pari de redorer le blason du Château
Paloumey avec un challenge de taille: plus de
vignes, de chais, aucun bâtiment d’exploitation.
Martine y consacre plusieurs années de travail.

"Paloumey" means in Gascon "the passage of
the palombe." In 1989 Martine Cazeneuve takes
the bet of rehabilitating the domain Paloumey
with a big challenge: more vineyards, more
cellars, no operating building. Martine devoted
several years of work.
