 Sound scientific grounding in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, ETC… So I
have good knowledge on the Safety and Hygienic practices .

INTERNSHIPS & JOBS
 Dates : Internship : Contamination research, Prevention & Extermination means in a
cheese plant : Fromagerie du Plessis (Lieurey) : I had to make cheese and floor / walls / etc. and
found where does come a bacterium with tests like the API Gallery and on CFC Petri Boxes and make an
Identification ; After that, I had to research what can destroy it & can be safe added to the cheese
process : UV / Enzymes / Bacteria / Virus / etc ; and test them all.
 2013 & 2014 / Holidays & Week-ends : Receptionist : Polyvalent in a three-star
hotel « LE TROPHEE » in Deauville. ( make the reservation, bring the customers or their
baggage to their room, clean up rooms / SPA, bring and make the breakfast / lunch / diner / drinks (like a
Barmaid) ; help customers to choose a wine, clean up the reception / the kitchen / swimming pool, etc...)
 Occasional Replacements in some Restaurants in Deauville (the Four-star restaurant :
l'"Essentiel", and a creperie "La creperie du port")
