Project title:
Engine Diagnostics, Prognostics Management
Main objective:
Support the development of GBS data analysis template for PW500/PW600 engine
models
Description:
GBS LITE is a P&WC product that is used on standard labtop with cabling that exist with
GBS kit, with capability to perform the real time data recording (RTD display, fault code
and exceedance data download. An analysis template is required to help to expedite
engine troubleshooting & to minimze event TAT.
Daily tasks:
- Review GBS data & develop template for data analysis
- Write a summary report of field events.
- Monitor engine status at overhaul shops
- Support spare part management
