The baggage limit weight is 15 kg per passenger and 5 kg of carry-on luggage. Any excess luggage must be booked prior the flight date
2. Les passagers sont priés de présenter leur Badge lors du check-in à l'aéroport. Une lettre d'introduction avec carte d'identification sera exigée en l'absence du badge.
Passengers are requested to produce a professional Identity Card at the check-in counter. An introduction letter with a national identity card will be required for passengers without professional ID
3. Les évacuation sanitaires et les relocalisations sécuritaires sont prioritaires. Booking priority is given to Medical Evacuations and Security Relocations.
4. Tout passager ne figurant pas dans le manifeste et/ou n'ayant pas de documents d'identification en ordre ne sera pas autorisé à voyager. Passengers not manifested or without proper
documentation will not be allowed to travel .
