Preparation Instructions:
1. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in the blender
and blend for 2 minute on medium speed, scaping the bowl
after 30 seconds.
2. Deposit 12x22g cupcakes into a pan with pan liners, and
bake for 18 minutes at 325°F. Do not open the oven during
the bake period.
3. Let cool completely before removing from pans.
