Set high on a hillside in the charming neighbourhood of Vitet, this elegant private
rental villa has sweeping views over the island's green hills and the wide blue Atlantic
Ocean. The nearest beaches are Lorient and Saline, both a mere ten minutes' drive
away. Grocery shopping is easy at the supermarkets, fruit and vegetable market or fish
stand in Lorient. All the attractions of Gustavia, the main town of St Barth, are only
fifteen minutes away. This villa is perfectly suited for a relaxed tropical vacation.
This eye-catching villa, designed by its owner, is architecturally unique with fantastic
sea views. Guests can feast their eyes on the stunning sea views over the Atlantic
during the day, and the star studded heavens at night. A well-manicured garden, with
palm trees and natural vegetation add to the charm of this stylish luxury villa, St
Barths.
The main indoor living area is spacious and comfortable, just steps away from the
covered terrace. Guests can relax on white leather sofas in the living room, while
watching a movie on the home cinema, or satellite television on the flat screen TV. The
open plan, modern kitchen and dining area lead directly onto the upper terrace.
Four air-conditioned bedrooms, with en suite bathroom, are colourfully decorated in
shades of blue and brown. Each has a flat screen TV, and superb ocean views. Two of
the bedrooms are located in a separate unit next to the pool.
The elaborate wooden terrace allows guests to spend the long summer days outdoors,
relaxing on the summer lounge sofas, cooling off in the pool, or enjoying some alfresco
dining at the outdoor dining area.
All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year's Day will be charged at the
Holiday Rate for a minimum of 7 to 14 days, depending on the villa selected.
