Situated in Roca Lisa, one of the most beautiful areas of
Ibiza, this newly constructed villa perches high up against
the rocky hillside. The luxury rental villa on the coast of Ibiza
is a contemporary masterpiece affording guests every
comfort imaginable with an impressive backdrop of the
ocean. With no less than three swimming pools to choose
from, guests are sure to have a relaxing, and memorable
summer holiday. The airport is only a 15 minute drive away
while the town of Ibiza can easily be reached in 10 minutes.
Guests can easily enjoy a day on the nearby beach.
The interior of the private rental villa is a study in subdued
shades of white, with ultra-modern and boldly colourful
artworks, each making a statement of its own. The multilevelled main villa has an expansive open plan living and
dining room, tastefully decorated and furnished with a
number of comfortable couches. There is a well-equipped
kitchen, making meal preparations a pleasure. Wi-Fi
internet, an iPod docking station, an indoor and outdoor
sound system and cable TV are available. Additionally, there
is a separate guesthouse with a small, but functional,
kitchen. The hallway will surprize you with a wall of
untouched natural rock!
The villa has five smart, air-conditioned double bedrooms, in
the main house, all with en suite bathrooms and a balcony.

view. The bedrooms, with their large queen size beds and
beautifully textured materials in different shades of natural
greys and charcoals, ooze an ambience of tranquillity and
lavish comfort. The bathrooms are minimalistic and state of
the art functional.
Guests can relax and unwind in the indoor swimming pool
or do a few laps in the long swimming pool outdoors. The
third choice is to cool off in the second, outdoor infinity pool
where the aquamarine water seems to flow over into the
azure ocean stretching to the horizon.
A sprawling terrace, with ample summer seating and dining
areas, including a BBQ area, allows guests to spend the
long summer days wining and dining outdoors. At night, the
private Spanish villa is a fairy tale of delicate lighting. A lush,
mature garden surrounds the villa and is scattered with a
variety of modern outdoor furniture. For extra security there is
an alarm system with video phone, an electric gate, a safety
deposit box as well as private parking.
