Located in one of the most exclusive, elegant and peaceful
areas of Rome – the historical area of Monte Verde – this luxury
rental villa is uniquely positioned near the city's largest
landscaped public park, Villa Doria Pamphili. Visits can be
arranged to all major historical points of interest particularly to
the Vatican City and the Trastevere area which are only 2km
away. For your convenience banks, supermarkets, wine and
grocery stores, pharmacies and bars are all within easy access.
The entrance to the private villa opens onto a large, elegantly furnished living room,
with a big fireplace. The dining room, with a table which easily accommodates twelve
guests, is bright and homely. Also on the ground floor is a wide, fully equipped kitchen,
a guest bathroom and an office with PC, Wi-Fi, printer and fax.
The six suites are each furnished with elegant and glamorous furniture. All suites can
be doubles or twins, at the guest's discretion, and include air-conditioning, a laptopsized safe and a flat screen satellite TV with complementary Wi-Fi. All bathrooms are
en suite and are supplied with a hairdryer, luxury toiletries, bathrobe and slippers,
Italian handmade linens and pillows and swimming pool accessories (towel and flip
flops). The master suite has a king sized bed and a balcony while only one of three
suites with queen sized beds has a balcony. The remaining two suites are set up as
twin bedrooms – the one has a balcony and the other has an independent entrance
from the villa's garden.
The villa is equipped with a fitness room including a treadmill, bicycle and bench for
weights supplied by Techno Gym. There is also a TV, a pool table, guest bathroom and
laundry area. The centre piece of the large garden with tall trees and flower beds is a
swimming pool, equipped with parasols, sunbeds, small tables and a shower. Several
