SCALIGERA PACKAGING dall’inizio degli anni ‘90 realizza impianti di applicazione sleeves
e di paletizzazione per le svariate esigenze della produzione industriale quali: bottiglie,
taniche, flaconi, barattoli, vasetti, vaschette, pacchetti, lattine, latte, sacchetti, pacchi
termoretratti, fardelli, astucci e quant’altro inseribile in cartoni e vassoi.

La nuova generazione di incartonatrici MONOPACK è stata progettata per confezionare prodotti alla fine della produzione.
La versatilità della MONOPACK permette di operare con qualsiasi testata di prelievo scelta in funzione del tipo di prodotto,
o confezione di prodotti, in uscita dalle linee di produzione. A solo titolo di esempio segnaliamo, scatole, fardelli, barattoli,
sacchetti, flaconi, e tanichette (vedasi illustrazione a fianco). La completa affidabilità di tutti i modelli è assicurata dall’impiego
della migliore componentistica. Allo stesso modo, l’elevato livello delle prestazioni è reso possibile dalla più che decennale
esperienza sia per quanto riguarda la parte meccanica e pneumatica, che per la parte elettronica. Relativamente a
quest’ultima, merita di essere sottolineata la semplicità e velocità della macchina, resa possibile da un funzionale pannello
operativo. I programmi di lavoro possono essere realizzati e modificati dall’utilizzatore aziendale con estrema facilità e, allo
stesso modo, ogni programma memorizzato può essere richiamato dall’operatore. La sicurezza è stata ottenuta mediante
lo scrupoloso rispetto delle normative in materia per garantire un’attività senza problemi. L’informatizzazione della gestione

Technical features
The new generation of MONOPACK cartoning machines has been designed to package products at the end of the
production cycle. The versatility of MONOPACK makes it compatible with any pick-up head chosen according to the type of
product or packaging of products leaving the production line. Examples of these are boxes, bundles, cans, bags, flasks and
jerry cans (see illustration on the right). The complete reliability of all models is ensured by the use of the finest components.
In the same way, decades of experience have led to a high level of performance both in the mechanical and pneumatic
components and the electronic components. With regard to the latter, the machine is especially notable for its simplicity
and speed, made possible by a specially designed control panel. Work programs can be created and modified by the user
company with the utmost of ease, and at the same time every memorised program can be recalled by the operator. Safety
has been achieved by scrupulously observing the relevant standards to ensure trouble-free operation. The computerized
running of the machine also throws up interesting possibilities for managing the production process data with interface to
company databases. An online customer support service through the Internet guarantees the user company completely
smooth operating.
