Article 1

ТЬе first paragraph, Article 4, of Decree No. 4650, dated 9 March 1970, should
modified &5 follows:
"ТЬе
territorial waters о! the Реор1е'з Socialist Repuыlcc of AIbania are
extended а10П9 the entire coastline over а width of 12 nautical mlles
(22,224 т), beginning with the basic straight line running from Rodon Саре
(Muzh1i), Pal1a Саре, La9ji Саре (Turra Castle), Seman Саре, the Josa river
estuary, the north-~astern shore of Sazan Island, Gjuheza апд Grama Gulf Саре,
then hetween the AIbanian shore and the Greek islands ир to the middle of the
Corfu Channel. ТЬе width of the territorial waters from the Випа river
estuary to Rodon Саре i5 extended ир to the А1Ьапiап-Уugоslзv border line."
Article 2
This decree enters into force 15 days following its publication in the
Official Gazette.
