Lallemand Inc. est une entreprise privée canadienne, fondée à la fin du XIXe siècle, qui développe, produit et met en
marché des levures et des bactéries et d’autres ingrédients reliés aux micro-organismes ou à leurs marchés. La
compagnie est divisée en deux principaux groupes: le groupe des Levures (basé à Montréal, Canada) et le groupe des
Spécialités (basé à Toulouse, France). Les bureaux administratifs de la société-mère sont situés à Montréal, Canada.
Lallemand Solutions de Boulangerie, l’une de nos unités d’affaires, est spécialisée dans la mise au point et les utilisations
d’améliorants de panification à base d’enzymes, de correcteurs de farine à base de levure et de starters de levain. Cette
filiale de Lallemand, un producteur canadien de levures et de bactéries, possède des bureaux à Montréal, à Chicago et à
Toulouse.
Principales fonctions
Relevant de la directrice des opérations, vous vous occuperez d’envoyer des échantillons de produits alimentaires à
travers le monde. Vous serez responsable des documents pertinents pour ces envois. Vous serez également appelé à faire
du travail de commis général de bureau ainsi que de laboratoire.
 Commis aux échantillons
o Préparation d’échantillons de produits secs alimentaires;
o Gestion d’inventaires des produits secs et de produits d’emballage;
o Préparation de documents pour les douanes;
 Commis général
o Commande de fournitures de bureau;
o Collecte de données ;
o Préparation de différents tableaux (EXCEL);
 Commis général pour le contrôle de qualité
o préparation d’échantillons pour analyses externes;
o commandes de matériel de laboratoire;
o Faire un suivi des matières premières pour la production.

Qualifications requises
Compétences techniques




DEP secrétariat, comptabilité, administration ou équivalent;
Connaissance des logiciels de la suite Office;
Bonne connaissance du chiffrier EXCEL;
Expérience en expédition de marchandises aux États-Unis.
Critères généraux
 Bilingue (français et anglais) écrit et parlé.

Lallemand Inc. is a privately held Canadian company, founded at the end of the 19th century, specializing in the
development, production, and marketing of yeasts and bacteria. The company is divided into two major groups: Yeast
Group (based in Montreal, Canada) and Specialties Group (based in Toulouse, France). Administrative offices for the
parent company are in Montreal, Canada.
Lallemand Baking Solutions, one of our business unit, specializes in the development and application of enzyme-based
dough conditioners, yeast-based dough relaxers, and baking cultures. It is a subsidiary of Lallemand, the Canadian yeast
and bacteria producer, and has offices in Montreal, Chicago, and Toulouse.
Main functions
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for sending dry food products samples around the world as
well as responsible for the paperwork required to send said samples. You will also do general and lab clerk work.
 Sample clerk
o Prepare samples of dry food products;
o Manage the products’ and packaging material’s inventories;
o Prepare border crossing documentation;
 General clerk
o Order office supplies;
o Collect data;
o Prepare different worksheets (EXCEL);
 General lab clerk
o Prepare samples for an external laboratory;
o Order lab reagents and labware;
o Do the ingredient follow up for production.

Required qualifications
Technical skills
 Vocational Educational program diploma in either accounting, administration, secretary or equivalent;
 Knowledge of the Office suite;

 Good knowledge of EXCEL;
 Experience in shipping food material to the USA.
