 FORMULAIRE D’INSCRIPTION « B » - NOTICE EXPLICATIVE
COLLEGE – LYCEE
DEJEUNER A L’ECOLE :
Demi-pension : ce choix correspond à un montant forfaitaire facturé annuellement
incluant les frais fixes et la nourriture équivalent à un repas complet.
Cafétéria : ce choix implique de faire deux paiements :
• frais fixes : forfait annuel compris dans votre facture.
• nourriture : une carte nominative est débitée du nombre de points consommés
réellement qu’il faut recharger régulièrement (achat par 200 points minimum).
Les élèves sont tenus de vérifier le solde de leur carte lors de leur passage
aux caisses et de racheter des unités pour la carte.
Dans les deux cas :
• Votre enfant a accès à un self classique et à une restauration rapide.
• Les frais fixes incluent les activités surveillées.
• Vous avez la possibilité de changer pour le second et/ou le troisième trimestre
(aux dates ci-dessous) et un réajustement sera effectué sur votre facture.
A NOTER :
Les élèves « EXTERNES » doivent sortir de l’école après leur dernier cours de la
matinée et ne seront autorisés à y revenir que 5 minutes avant l’heure du cours de
l’après-midi. Ils ne sont en aucun cas sous la responsabilité de l’école à l’heure du
déjeuner.
Tout élève du collège (6° à 3°) inscrit à un régime de déjeuner à l’école (demi-pension
ou cafétéria) ne sera pas autorisé à sortir des locaux à l’heure du repas. Les élèves
de lycée (2nde, 1ère Terminale) peuvent quitter l’Ecole à l’heure du déjeuner.
Les régimes repas doivent être définis avant la rentrée scolaire.
Tout changement doit être signalé par écrit aux Directrices Adjointes avant le :

REGISTRATION FORM « B » - EXPLANATIONS
SECONDARY SCHOOL
LUNCH AT SCHOOL:
Day-boarding: basic annual fee that includes fixed costs and a full daily meal.
Cafeteria: the cost is divided into two parts:
• Fixed costs: an annual flat rate included in your yearly bill
• Food: the number of “points” used by your child is debited from a nominative
magnetic card. Children must verify their point balance at the register and recharge
their card accordingly (200 points minimum).
In both cases:
• Your child has access to the regular school canteen and to the cafeteria (fastfood service)
• Fixed costs include supervised activities during lunchtime
• You have the possibility of changing your lunch plan for the second or third
trimester before the dates below. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
NOTA :
Students who choose the option “EXTERNES” and do not eat lunch at school, must
leave the school grounds after their last morning class. They will only be allowed to reenter school five minutes before their first class of the afternoon.
The school is in no way responsible for these students during lunchtime.
A student of College (6°, 5°, 4°, 3°, A3, A4) registered for one of the two types of
school lunch (day-boarding or cafeteria) will not be allowed to leave school at
lunchtime. All Lycee students (2°, 1°, Terminale) are allowed to leave school at
lunchtime.
The lunch plan must be determined before the beginning of the school year.
Changes must be sent in writing to the Directrice Adjointe before:
