*Taxe de Séjour:
The Maire of Saignon has imposed a taxe de séjour
that we are obliged by law to charge and pass straight on
to the Mairie. Sorry.
Conditions :
50% deposit payable by bank transfer or credit card at
time of booking, with the balance due two months
before your arrival.
Notes :
Monies strictly non-refundable if cancellation
happens too late to allow re-booking of the property.
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the client and
is therefore strongly advised to cover unforeseen last
minute cancellations.
Internet:
Internet is available at a central point of the property
free of charge
Bedlinen :
Bedlinen, towels and table cloths are provided.
Heating,Electricity:
All costs for heating, hot water and electricity are
included
Nespresso:
A Nespresso machine is installed in each house. You can
bring your Nespresso coffee with you or purchase it
locally.
Cleaning :
After-stay cleaning costs 100 euros, payable in cash at
the arrival. ( Note: 70 Euros for Potager and Petite
Maison )
Shopping :
Local supermarkets stay open until at least 7.30 pm. If
you know you will arrive too late to shop, you are
welcome to fax or telephone a list of shopping through
to us a few days before you arrive and we will make
sure your shopping is waiting for you.
Arrival :
Your house will be ready any time after 4pm on your
day of arrival. Our friend Joëlle will welcome you.

welcome to drop off your cases
earlier!
