French participants: a "bon de commande" from your laboratory can
be adressed to Ecole des Houches imperatively with the “fiche clients”.

Foreign participants: the payment of the registration package (825
euros) can be made by cash, credit-card (but NO AMERICAN EXPRESS)
or traveller cheques in euros.
