CARATTERISTICHE COSTRUTTIVE
Corpo pressofuso in lega di aluminio, verniciato con polveri poliestere di colore nero. metallizzato,resistente alla corrosion.
Coperchio in Policarbonato grigio RAL 7035 autoestinguente V2
(UL94). Schermo in policarbonato trasparente,stabilizzato ai raggi
UV, oppure in vetro piano temperato (ottica cut-off). Riflettore in aluminio purissimo brillantato ed ossidato. Clips di chiusura in acciaio
inossidabile. Guarnizione in silicone antinvecchiamento. Viteria sterna
in acciaio inox.
GB ASTRA 1 is suitable for residential areas, car parks, as well as
secondary traffic routes.
RANGE:
Astra 1 can accommodate 70W-150W HPS, 70W/100W/150W
MBI, and 80W/125W MBF lamps.
CONSTRUCTION:
Body: is made of die-cast aluminium. Canopy: injected moulded high
quality impact and heat resistant UV stabilized grey colour (RAL 7035)
polycarbonate. The canopy has a top quality silicon rubber gasket
which beds into a deep protected channel, thus ensuring a high sealing degree. Bowl: the bowl is available in UV stabilized polycarbonate, giving added vandal resistance at low mounting heights. It has
a reinforced lip to prevent bowing and hereby ensuring constant Flat
glass glass: a flat glass is available and it can be hinged and latched
in the same way mentioned above. Optics: high purity one piece aluminium reflector. Gasket pressure and excellent sealing throughout life.
To ensure a firm fix to the lantern, the bowl is hinged in two corners,
and two stainless clips at the other two corners clamp the bowl securely to the canopy. The control gear box is provided with a 3-way terminal block. High temperature silicon insulated conductors are used
throughout. Astra 1 has been designed for ease of installation and
maintenance. Both post top and side entry are possible by reversing
the mounting bracket. Opening the lamp compartment is equally simple, just by removing the two clips and bowl hangs down.

resistant à la corrosion. Couvercle en polycarbonate de teinte gris RAL
7035 auto-extinguible V2 (UL 94). Diffuseur en polycarbonate transparent, stabilisé UV ou en verre tempré plan (optique cut-off)’.
Reflecteurs en aluminium tres pur anodize et brillanté. Clips de fermature en acier inox. Joint en silicon antivieillissement. Visserie exterrieure en acier inox.
