1- STORAGE
En cas de stockage prolongé avant mise en service,
le vérin doit rester dans son emballage d'origine. Les
éléments de protection du filetage de bout de tige et
des orifices de raccordement doivent rester en place.
CONDITIONS DE STOCKAGE
- à l'abri des intempéries
- température: - 40°C à + 70°C
- humidité relative: 95 %
Après stockage à basse température, les vérins doivent être remis progressivement à la température
ambiante de fonctionnement avant la première mise
sous pression.

sollen nicht entfernt werden.

Nach einer Lagerung bei niedriger Temperatur müssen die Zylinder vor der Druckbeaufschlagung nach

• All cylinders can be mounted in any position.
When fixing the standard mountings on the PEC
cylinders tighten the screws crosswise with the max.
torques given below.

Bei der montage der Standardbefestigungsteile auf
den PEC-Zylindern sind die Schrauben über Kreuz
mit dem nachstehend angegebenen Drehmoment
anzuziehen.

• The cylinders must always strike against an external
limit stop at the end of the stroke.
• No radial force must be exerted on the rod when
mounting the cylinder (guided load)

PEC cylinders are designed to receive detectors with
a force line spectrum complying with fig. 1. We
guarantee the quality of the position detection when
our Reed switch or magneto-resistant (MR) detectors
type "COMPACT" or "UNI" are used, see table below
(2).

Die Zylinder des typs PEC mit Magnetkolben haben

garantieren eine genaue Positionserfassung bei der
Verwendung unserer Näherungsschalter des Typs
"COMPACT" oder "UNI" mit Reed-Kontakt oder
magneto-resistivem Schalter (MR), siehe Tabelle unten
(2).

• Toutes les positions de montage autorisées.
Lors de l'assemblage des attaches normalisées sur
les vérins PEC, serrer les vis de fixation en croix
suivant couple maxi de serrage ci-dessous
• Le déplacement des vérins doit toujours aboutir en fin
de course contre une butée externe.
• Le montage ne doit pas générer d'efforts radiaux sur
la tige (charge guidée)
• Vitesse pour durée de vie optimale : ≤ 0,2 m/s
• Vitesse maxi admissible: 0,5 m/s
• Détection magnétique de position
Les vérins PEC prévus pour détecteurs présentent un
spectre magnétique suivant fig.1. Nous garantissons la
qualité de détection de position en utilisant nos détecteurs "COMPACT" ou "UNI" types ILS, Magnéto-Résistif
(MR), voir tableau ci-dessous (2).

Dopo lo stoccaggio a bassa temperatura, è necessario
che i cilindri vengano riportati progressivamente
alla temperatura ambiente di funzionamento prima
della messa in pressione.

Wanneer de cilinder voor ingebruikname langere tijd
op voorraad wordt gehouden dient deze in de originele
verpakking bewaard te worden.
Schroefdraadafdichtingen voor het stanguiteinde en
de poortafdichtingen dienen niet verwijderd te worden.

NOTA IMPORTANTE
La acumulación de las condiciones extremas de funcionamiento (por ejemplo presión máxima, temperatura
mínima) limita el rendimiento de los productos.
Cuando se reemplacen piezas de desgaste, hay que
respetar las instrucciones de montaje y los pares de
apriete indicados en la hoja que acompaña a cada
bolsa de recambio.
Se dispone, por separado y bajo demanda, de una
Declaración de Incorporación sobre la Directiva CEE
89/392/EEC Anexo II B. Rogamos que nos faciliten
los códigos y números de acepta-ción de pedido
correspondientes.
BELANGRIJKE OPMERKINGEN
Een opeenhoping van extreme bedrijfsomstandigheden
(b.v. max. druk, min. temperatuur) leidt tot vermindering
van de productprestaties.
Bij vervanging door reserve-onderdelen, dient u de
montage-aanwijzingen en het aandraaikoppel zoals
in de instructies vermeld, nauwlettend op te volgen.
Een aparte fabrikanten verklaring van inbouw, in de
zin van EU-richtlijn 89/392/EEG aanhangsel II B
kan door de afnemer na opgave van orderbevestigingsnummer en serienummer verkregen
worden.
