1- ANNULATION / INTERRUPTION DE SEJOUR
La garantie prévoit le remboursement :
• au locataire Assuré : des sommes effectivement versées par l’Assuré et
des frais d’annulation ou de modification dus au titre du présent contrat.

QUE GARANTISSONS-NOUS AVEX L’EXTENSION « TOUT SAUF »
La Garantie « TOUT SAUF » garantit au propriétaire uniquement le
remboursement de tout ou partie du solde dû par le locataire Assuré, à
concurrence des montants et franchises indiqués au Tableau des garanties
et en application des conditions générales de vente du Prestataire, si le
locataire assuré ne partir en raison de la survenance de tout évènement
imprévisible, justifié et indépendant de la volonté de l’Assuré non énumérés
ci-dessus, y compris les attentats et actes de terrorisme dans le pays de
destination, sauf :
• Toute circonstance ne nuisant qu’au simple agrément du Séjour,
• La défaillance financière, la responsabilité du Prestataire ou du
transporteur,
• Les annulations du fait du Prestataire ou du transporteur,
• Les annulations consécutives à un oubli de vaccination,
• Les annulations ayant pour origine la non présentation d’un document
indispensable au Séjour.
• Les tremblements de terre, éruptions volcaniques, raz de marées,
inondation ou cataclysmes naturels sauf dans la cadre des dispositions
relatives à l’indemnisation des victimes de Catastrophes Naturelles
résultant de la Loi 86-600 du 13/07/1986.
La garantie vous est acquise dans tous les cas d’annulation, si le départ est
empêché par un évènement aléatoire, pouvant être justifié.
Par évènement aléatoire nous entendons toutes circonstances non
intentionnelles de votre part ou d’un membre de votre famille, de la part
de l’assuré ou d’un membre de sa famille et non exclue au titre du présent
contrat, imprévisible au jour de la souscription et provenant de l’action
soudaine d’une cause extérieure.

1- TRIP CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION
The guarantee envisages refunding with :
• the Assuré tenant: sums actually paid by the Policy-holder and of the
expenses of cancellation or modification due under this contract, to the
amount of the amounts envisaged in the “Table of front guarantees”
above.
IN WHICH CASES DO INTERVENE WE?
We intervene in the reasons and circumstances enumerated hereafter, other
than very other.

in consequence of fire, of explosion, water damage, provided the known as
buildings are destroyed with more than 50%.
FLIGHT IN THE PROFESSIONAL BUILDINGS OR DEPRIVE

SERIOUS DAMAGE HAS YOUR VEHICLE IN THE 48 HOURS

REFUSAL OF VISA BY THE AUTHORITIES OF THE COUNTRY
CANCELLATION OF ONE OF THE PEOPLE ACCOMPANYING YOU
WHAT DO WE COVER WITH EXTENSION « ALL EXCEPT»
«ALL EXCEPT” cover provides only the owner with refund of all or part
of the balance owed by the Insured tenant, up to the amounts shown and
excess indicated in the Schedule of cover and in application of the terms
and conditions of the Provider, if the Insured tenant can not leave because
of the occurrence of any unforeseeable, justified and independent
the control of the Insured not listed above, including bombings and acts of
terrorism in the country of destination, excluding:
• Any circumstance affecting the Trip agreement
• The financial failure, the liability of the carrier or Provider,
• Cancellations due to the Provider or carrier,
• Cancellations resulting from lack of vaccination
• Cancellations due to the non-presentation of a document essential to the
Trip.
• Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tidal waves, floods or natural disasters
except in the framework of the provisions relating to the compensation
of victims of Natural disasters resulting from Law 86-600 of 13/07/1986.
The cover applies in all cases of cancellation, if the departure is prevented
by a random event that can be justified.
Random event means all unintentional circumstances from you or a
member of your family, from the insured or a member of his/her family and
not excluded under this contract, unpredictable at the day of subscription
and occuring from the sudden action of an external cause.
