and a secure run is provided.

with twin beds plus a comfortable single sofa bed (movable). Bathrooms: En-suite shower room to bedroom one.
Fully tiled with WC and hand basin. Large luxury family bathroom with full length bath with shower over, double
hand basins, WC and bidet.
Cloakroom shower with WC and hand basin.
Kitchen: Large modern kitchen fully equipped for up to 10 persons. Ample storage and granite breakfast bar island
and worktops. Equipment includes oven with grill, 4 x hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine,
dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juicer etc.
Dining room: Extending Farmhouse table seating 6 - 10. Large corner open fire for logs in winter
Lounge: Sky Sat. TV incl. BBC &ITV; etc.Some CDs, videos and books provided. Comfortable sofa and chairs Kitchen.
