Martine Turcotte is Executive Vice-President and Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer of BCE Inc.
and Bell Canada. BCE is Canada's largest communications company. She has worked in various
subsidiaries of the Bell group since 1988. Early in her career, she was an associate with the law
firm of McCarthy Tétrault.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of Bimcor Inc., the Association of Corporate Counsel
(ACC), a member of the Board of Governors of McGill University and Chair of the Board of
Directors of Théâtre Espace Go.
Ms. Turcotte graduated from McGill University with Bachelors in Civil Law and Common Law and
she holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School
(England). Ms. Turcotte is also the first winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award of the 2005
Canadian General Counsel Awards. Ms. Turcotte was also named as one of the Top 100 most
powerful women in Canada in 2005, 2006 and 2007 and in 2008, inducted to the Top 100TM Hall
of Fame. She received the title of Advocatus Emeritus in 2009 for professional excellence and
success in her career

Martine Turcotte est Vice-présidente exécutive et chef des affaires juridiques et réglementaires
de BCE Inc. et Bell Canada. BCE est la plus grande entreprise de communications du Canada.
Elle a travaillé dans diverses filiales du groupe Bell depuis 1988. Au début de sa carrière, elle
était un associé du cabinet d'avocats McCarthy Tétrault.
Madame Turcotte est membre du conseil d’administration de Bimcor Inc., du Association of
Corporate Counsel (ACC), du conseil des gouverneurs de l’Université McGill et Présidente du
conseil d’administration du Théâtre Espace Go Inc.
Madame Turcotte détient un diplôme de droit civil (B.C.L.) et de Common Law (LL.B) de
l’Université McGill ainsi qu’une maîtrise en administration des affaires (MBA) du London Business
School (Angleterre). Mme Turcotte est le premier récipiendaire du « Lifetime Achievement
Award » du Canadian General Counsel Awards en 2005. Elle a été reconnue de 2005 à 2007,
parmi les 100 femmes les plus influentes au Canada et introduite dans le « Hall of Fame » en
2008.
