Chez PMSE SA depuis septembre 2006.
Après une licence et un Diplôme d’études approfondies (DEA), elle obtient son doctorat en
psychologie à l’université de Genève en 2014 en parallèle de son travail à PMSE SA.
Ayant une formation en psychologie d’urgence, elle intègre la cellule AGPSY-Police et crée
ensuite une cellule de crise au sein de PMSE SA dont elle est actuellement responsable.
Durant sa formation, elle occupe la fonction d’assistante d’enseignement à l’université et
effectue différents stages à l’EPFL ainsi que dans des hôpitaux. Elle a également suivi des
formations à l’entretien, l’entretien motivationnel, la santé au travail et la formation d’adulte.
Elle exerce à PMSE SA comme experte psychologue dans le département RDE et
également comme Spécialiste de Santé au Travail pour la région Genève.

After a postgraduate degree, she completes a PhD in Psychology at the University of
Geneva in 2014 while working as an Occupational Psychologist within PMSE SA.
Having trained in Emergency Psychology, she joins the Cell of psychological intervention of
AGPSY-Police (a cell at the disposal of the police) and thereafter, creates the Emergency
Cell within PMSE SA. She is currently in charge of the cell of PMSE SA.
During her studies, she works as an assistant with teaching duties at the University of
Geneva and undertakes different internships at EPFL (University of Polytechnics of
Lausanne) and in hospitals. She also follows studies in counseling, motivational counseling,
occupational health and adult training.
She works within PMSE SA as a psychological expert in the Development and Research
department and also as Occupational Health Specialist in the Geneva region.
