C’est l’oasis, parcelle de vie
dans l’immensité du désert qui a
inspiré notre nouvelle gamme de
soins estivale. Ce lieu nourricier
par excellence est un magnifique
exemple de survie au cœur d’une
nature hostile et inhospitalière.
Ce lieu fertile, riche et luxuriant
est gorgé d’eau et d’énergie. Et
pourtant, l’oasis est un écosystème
artificiel que la nature n’a pas
organisé.
C’est donc autour de l’eau, cette
substance si rare et si précieuse
dans le désert, que s’articule notre
collection. Nos nouveaux soins
réhydratants sont de véritables
kits de survie de la peau, car,
tout comme les plantes au cœur
du désert, la peau a besoin
d’eau pour être belle. Soumise
en permanence au soleil, au
vent, à la pollution et à la
climatisation, elle est menacée de
déshydratation.
Les peaux déshydratées se
caractérisent par un manque
ponctuel d’eau, ce qui se traduit
par une perte d’éclat, une
peau rugueuse, fragile et un
vieillissement accéléré.
L’eau contenue dans le derme
diffuse de façon régulière et
progresse vers la surface en
imbibant les différentes couches
de l’épiderme avant de s’évaporer
et de se combiner au film hydrolipidique. Ce flux d’eau du derme
à travers vers l’épiderme est la
Perte Insensible en Eau (PIE). Une
bonne hydratation est synonyme
d’une faible PIE.

This fertile, rich and luxuriant
haven is filled with water and
energy. And yet an oasis is an
artificial ecosystem that nature did
not create.
Our collection was thus designed
around water, such a rare and
precious substance in the desert.
Our new moisture replenishing
care products are real survival
kits for the skin, because just
like plants in the middle of the
desert, the skin needs water to be
beautiful. Continuously subjected
to the sun, wind, pollution and
air-conditioning, dehydration lurks
at every corner.
Dehydrated skin is characterised
by an occasional lack of water,
resulting in a loss of radiance,
rough and fragile skin, and
accelerated ageing.
The water found in the dermis
continuously spreads and moves to
the surface, moistening the various
levels of the epidermis before
evaporating and combining with
the hydrolipidic film. This flow
of water from the dermis to the
epidermis is called TransEpidermal
Water Loss (TEWL). Low TEWL is
synonymous with proper hydration.

En conditions normales, la peau
fait appel à ces différentes structures pour limiter la PIE et conserver
un bon niveau d’hydratation. En
conditions extrêmes, l’évaporation
est trop forte et la peau perd ses
propriétés fondamentales.

Pour permettre à la peau de
préserver son équilibre osmotique, sa douceur, sa souplesse et
sa jeunesse, les produits de la
gamme OASIS EXQUISE recèlent
deux actifs complémentaires qui
aident à la peau à se protéger de
la déshydratation, en conditions
extrêmes :

Une huile de figue de Barbarie,
qui maintient l’intégrité des membranes cellulaires lors des stress climatiques et qui renforce le ciment
inter-cornéocytaire du fait de sa
richesse en acide linoléique, pour
lutter contre la PIE. Elle répare également les signes du vieillissement
prématuré de la peau grâce à ses
propriétés anti-oxydantes, à travers
sa richesse en vitamine E.

Un sucre naturel issu de plantes
xérophytes (qui capent la moindre
trace d’humidité, dans les zones
désertiques) qui agit au niveau
cellulaire en maintenant l’intégrité
de la bicouche phospholipidique,
même dans des conditions de
températures très élevées. Ce
sucre est un puissant agent structurant de l’eau, ce qui permet à la
peau d’absorber l’humidité et de
conserver son taux d’hydratation
quelles que soient les conditions
climatiques.
La sensorialité des produits s’exprime à travers un pore refiner qui
promet un grain de peau impeccable, au cœur de l’été, une crème
solaire fondante qui protège des
rayons ardents du soleil, et deux
sublimateurs de hâle pour être
bronzé sans s’exposer. Enfin, la
gelée rafraîchissante enveloppe le
corps d’une sensation de fraîcheur
et d’une transparence cristalline.

its osmotic balance, softness,
suppleness and youthfulness, the
products in the OASIS EXQUISE
range contain complementary
active ingredients that help the skin
protect itself from dehydration in
extreme conditions:
- Prickly pear oil, which preserves
the integrity of the cellular membranes during climatic stress and
strengthens the inter-corneocyte
bond due to its high concentration
of linoleic acid, to combat TEWL.
It also corrects signs of premature
skin ageing thanks to its anti-oxidative properties, due to its high
concentration of vitamin E.
- A natural sugar from xerophytic
plants (plants which capture the
slightest trace of moisture in desert
areas) that acts at the cellular level
by preserving the integrity of the
phospholipid bilayer, even when
temperatures are very high. This
sugar is a powerful water-structuring agent that allows the skin to
absorb moisture and maintain its
level of hydration irrespective of
the weather conditions.
The product range offers a variety
