How to buy tickets on Digitick
Overview
With digitick, you can book ticket for concerts, sport’s events, museum and print it at home. The ticket is formatted
as a jpeg or pdf file containing a unique barcode, which will be scanned at the entrance to the event.

Step1 – Choose your price
For the first step, the page is split in three parts. First, there’s a reminder of the event with a description. Beside,
details of the venue and finally, the part where you select the number of places at the desired price. Two prices are
proposed for this event:

Seat – top grade : 56.5 Euros (without tax : 0.5€ per ticket)

Field seating : 45.5 Euros (without tax : 0.5€ per ticket)
After that, you have 2 possibilities, you can click on “Add to cart” and continue to visit the site or click on “Purchase”
and go to the next step.
- Step 2 – Complete your personal informations
For the step 2, choose if you want an e-ticket or receive it by post.
If you’re already member, write your mobile phone numbers, your password and your country. For a new digitick’s
member, complete your personal information: mobile phone numbers, password (confirm it), country, email, name
and first name.
After the registration, please enter the name of each holder of a ticket.
Important: an identity check can be conducted at the entrance to the concert. It is important to put the name of the
holder of the ticket.
Step 3 –Payment
In the step 3, do the payment of your order. Using a secure platform, it is possible to pay by credit card. Choose the
type of card, and then enter the number of it, the expiry date and the visual cryptogram with 3 digits on the back of
your card. It is also possible to pay with a PayPal account.
Select the "I accept the terms and conditions" after you read them and confirm the order by clicking on the button
"OK".
Step 4 – Print your e-ticket
Step 4 is the final stage of the order. By clicking the link « Print your ticket », you will download the pdf file
containing your Digitick ticket. Then, you can print your ticket and also your bill.
At the entrance of the show, the unique barcode present on the ticket (see sample ticket below) is scanned. Then,
you can enter and enjoy your concert.
The ticket on the next page is an example. It is unnecessary to print.
