CONDITIONS GENERALES DE VENTE
-Nos prix de vente s’entendent à la bouteille, (75 cl pour les vins, 70 ou 35 cl pour les liqueurs) TVA 19,6% incluse sous
capsule CRD - SANS ENGAGEMENT, SAUF VENTE.
- Ces prix s’entendent Franco de Port pour toute commande (à livrer en une seule fois à une même adresse en France
métropolitaine) de 300 Euros minimum.
- Pour une commande inférieure à 300 E, il y a lieu d’ajouter un supplément de 30 E de
participation aux frais de port et de préparation.
REMISES APPLICABLES sur vos commandes de vins en bouteilles :
- REMISE DE 2% pour une commande de 600 E et plus
- REMISE DE 4% pour une commande de 1200 E et plus
- REMISE DE 6% pour une commande de 2400 E et plus
- REMISE DE 8% pour une commande de 3600 E et plus
EMBALLAGES : les vins de notre sélection sont vendus par cartons complets de 6 bouteilles, panachées ou non,
et nos eaux-de-vie et liqueurs par cartons complets de 6 bouteilles. Vérifier le contenu et l’état des colis à l’arrivée des
marchandises en présence du transporteur qui est seul responsable. En cas d’avarie, faire les réserves d’usage sur
l’accusé de réception, ainsi qu’une demande de remboursement auprès du transporteur.
RÈGLEMENT : par chèque joint à la commande à l’ordre de MORIN Père et Fils, ou par carte bancaire.
- Ce tarif est présenté sans engagement de prix ou de quantité. Seuls les ordres confirmés par nous au client engagent
notre responsabilité. En cas d’épuisement d’un millésime nous le remplacerons avec votre accord, par une année
équivalente.
ANNULATION DE COMMANDE (Loi du 22/12/72 et du 23/06/89)
- La présente commande pourra être annulée dans un délai de 7 jours francs après réception de celle-ci, sous réserve
qu’elle soit dénoncée par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception.
- En cas d’annulation de la commande les fonds perçus d’avance produisent un intérêt, à compter du huitième jour
suivant la demande d’annulation, calculé au taux légal majoré de moitié (art. 13 Loi du 10/01/78).
