L’événement brassicole
en Amérique du Nord!
Le Mondial de la bière est un événement annuel qui représente une opportunité pour
les brasseurs et les intervenants de l’industrie brassicole de développer leur marché,
de faire connaître leurs produits au grand public et de redonner à la bière ses lettres
de noblesse.
L’atmosphère d’une fête populaire, le climat affairé d’un salon commercial et
l’ambiance d’un salon de dégustation sont réunis en un tout par une programmation
dynamique de manière à créer une convivialité entre les brasseurs, les agents
promotionnels et les amateurs de bières.
Toutes les facettes du monde de la bière sont représentées: kiosque de dégustation,
ateliers pour parfaire ses connaissances reliées à la bière, journée de l’industrie,
kiosques thématiques pour une consommation responsable de la bière, etc. Le tout
agrémenté par une animation reposant sur une variété d’activités et de spectacles, de
l’ouverture à la fermeture.
Le Mondial de la bière est le plus important événement de bières internationales en
Amérique du Nord.
L’événement
La 17e édition du Mondial de la bière se déroulera du 2 au 6 juin 2010 à la Gare
Windsor située au centre-ville de Montréal. Cette fête populaire permet aux Québécois
et aux nombreux visiteurs de l’extérieur du Québec de déguster plus de 400 bières
provenant des cinq continents. La dimension internationale de l’événement rayonne
sur le Grand Montréal par des retombées économiques et sociales positives.
La mission
Redonner à la bière ses lettres de noblesse, en offrant au grand public, d’ici et
d’ailleurs, l’occasion de déguster des bières provenant des cinq continents, tout en
préconisant une consommation responsable de la bière.

The Mondial de la bière is an annual event providing the brewing industry with
opportunities to expand markets, show products, introduce new ones to the public and
also serves to reclaim beer’s noble heritage.
A festive atmosphere, the business of a commercial fair and the ambience of beer
tasting are all united in this dynamic program which will create a productive and
friendly gathering of brewers and beer enthusiasts.
Many aspects of the world of beer will be represented, such as beer tastings, beer
making, workshops, professionnal issues and more. All of this is complimented by
entertainment and shows during the entire event. Keeping in mind that drinking beer
has to be done responsibly, a variety of activities will be held in order to give the site a
festive and relaxed ambience.
The Mondial de la bière is the most important international beer event in North
America.
The event
In 2010, the Windsor station, Downtown Montréal, will be the site of the 17th edition of
the Mondial de la bière, establishing this event as an international «rendez-vous» of
the Beer Industry. With brewers from all 5 continents attending and more than 300
beers, this international event will have positive economic and social impact on the
Greater Montréal area.
Mission
To enable Beer to regain the noble image it deserves by giving participants a chance
to taste beers from around the world, keeping in mind that they have to drink
responsibly.
