iplômé de l’Académie japonaise de photographie
en 1970, Seike a beaucoup exposé en Europe,
au Japon et en Amérique. Son travail est représenté
dans un certain nombre de collections privées et
publiques, et notamment au Museum of Fine Arts
à Houston, et, à Paris, à la Maison européenne de la
photographie et à la Bibliothèque nationale. Depuis
trente ans, Seike partage son temps entre Tokyo et la
Grande-Bretagne.
