1. Current vocation, employer and position:
I am professor of economics and former dean of the faculty of economics and management of
university Paris 13 (2010-2015). I was the head of the CREI (Research Center in Industrial
Economics) and of the CEPN (Research Center in Economics of Paris North university) at
University Paris 13 (now member of Sorbonne Paris City University).
I am the author of 3 books and many articles in the field of International Economics, Industrial
Organisation and information economics. My actuel fields of research are Strategic Trade
Policy, Network Economics, Information Technologies Economics, Digital Economy, Internet
and Domain Names Economics.
