Hello everyone,
I am pleased to forward you the agenda as produced by the management team (KH Leuven, EC-OE,
SNELM). As you will see it will be busy and we will get into work immediately as we have to rapidly
produce some deliverables (documents) that we said we would to the commission and that will
indeed help us work on the "learning syllabus/training program" we have to create.
We have tried to be as clear and simple as possible; if your name appears for a presentation, please
contact Dries or myself for further details (skype, mail or phone); Michalis, please get in touch in order
to talk about the meeting in Greece ...
I attach 4 documents: the Agenda, a PDF with everyone's name and contact, the budget and the
application form that describes exactly what we have committed ourselves to do with the
Commission; if the agenda differs from these documents then the agenda is wrong; these 2
documents (budget and application form) will be our Bible for the next 2 years ...
You can book your flights to Brussels and in a few days we will send you further details about the
location and transfers ...
NOTE: you MUST arrive wednesday afternoon in order to be fully operational on thursday morning !
The budget only permits one person per organization; if a second one comes along, it will be at
his/her own cost ...
