Testa radiale per recessi
Applicazione:
La testa radiale è utilizzata su macchine transfer nelle lavorazioni a pezzo fermo e utensile in movimento, per la realizzazione di gole o profili
all’esterno o interno del pezzo.
Funzionamento:
Il cinematismo interno è a pettine con dentatura rettificata. Questa
soluzione garantisce all’inversione del movimento dell’utensile un gioco
non superiore a 0.02 mm.
L’angolo interno di spinta è di 35°. Nel corpo sono previsti dei fori filettati per alloggiare dei grani di registro per limitare la corsa del carro.

Application:
Le support outil radial est utilisé sur le machineries transfert qui prévoient un travail avec la pièce à l’arrêt et l’outil en mouvement, pour
l’exécution des gorges et des profils aussi à l’extérieur que à l’intérieur
du pièce.
Fonctionnement:
Le cinématisme interne est à peigne avec denture rectifiée. Cette
solution garantit un jeu non supérieur à 0.02 mm pour l’inversion du
mouvement de l’outil.
L’angle intérieur de poussée est de 35°. Des orifices filetés sont prévus
dans le corps pour loger des vis sans tête de régulation afin de limiter la
course du chariot.

of the work pieces.
Power:
The internal ground toothing chaser has kinematic motion. This solution guarantees to the inversion motion of the tool a slack of no more
than 0.02 mm.
The internal thrust angle is 35°. In the body threaded holes are provided to house adjustment dowels to limit the stroke of the carriage.

Radialkopf für Aushöhlungen/Vertiefungen
Anwendung:
Der Radialkopf wird bei Transfermaschinen benutzt für die Verarbeitung
von stillstehenden Teilen bei beweglichen Werkzeugen. Er dient zur
Herstellung von Rillen oder Profilen innerhalb sowie außerhalb der zu
verarbeitenden Teile.
Funktion:
Das interne Getriebe ist kammartig mit geschliffener Verzahnung.
Diese Lösung garantiert der Werkzeugumkehrung ein Spiel, was nicht
höher als 0,02 mm ist.
Der interne Stoßwinkel beträgt 35°. Im Gehäuse befinden sich Gewinde
als Sitz der Einstellstifte zur Begrenzung des Schubhubs.
