DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE
Le règlement municipal 2007-196 stipule qu=il
est interdit de laisser son chien courir au large.
Les chiens errants peuvent être saisis et
apportés à la fourrière.
Le propriétaire peut réclamer son chien en
produisant ou en obtenant une licence et devra
payer les frais suivants:
Mise en fourrière:
$70.00
Frais d=hébergement: $15.00 *
* pour chaque jour de mise en fourrière
De plus, une amende de $125.00 peut être
imposée pour avoir laissé son chien courir au
large.
Tout chien amené à la fourrière est gardé
pour 72 heures et si le chien n=est pas réclamé,
le responsable de la fourrière peut en disposer.
Dans le cas ou le propriétaire est identifié et ne
réclame pas son chien, les frais de fourrière et
les frais de disposition lui seront facturés.
By-law 2007-196 stipulates that it is
forbidden to have your dog(s) run at large.
Dogs found running at large may be
seized and impounded.
The owner may claim his dog by producing or
obtaining a valid licence and by paying the
following fees:
Impoundment fee:
Boarding fee:
$70.00
$15.00 *
* for each day of impoundment
A $125.00 fine may also be imposed for having
your dog run at large.
Any dog impounded shall be kept for 72 hours
and if they are not claimed they may be
disposed by the pound keeper.
Where an owner is identified and the dog is not
claimed, he will be invoiced accordingly for the
impoundment and disposal fees.
