Doug, who joined BLG as an articling student, focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law, commercial real estate and sports law. He advises both multinational and small business clients in corporate and commercial matters, and in the negotiation and drafting of related agreements. He served as Managing Partner at the Calgary office for several years. He has also received numerous honours for his exceptional record of community service, and dedication to the practice of law.
