Terms and conditions for the ASL Airlines France quiz contest
Article 1: Organisation
ASL Airlines France- SA au Capital de 32 052 406 Euros - RCS B344 461 546, with headquarters at: Cargo
7 - Bâtiment le Séquoia - 15 rue du Haut de Laval - 93 290 Tremblay en France - France, organises from
August 2nd through November 1st 2016 a free contest, no purchase necessary.
Article 2: Participation
The Contest is open to all persons who are over the legal age of majority, other than the employees of
ASL Airlines France. Any other person(s) and their successors-in-interest (spouses and/or children) having
directly or indirectly participated in the conception, the creation or the management of this game, are not
eligible to enter.
Participation is limited to one entry bulletin per household (same last name, same postal address).
Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.
Article 3: Rules of the game
In order to play, each contestant will log on to the ASL Airlines France internet website at the following
address: www.aslairlinesfrance.fr. He/she will follow the entry directions by clicking on “Quiz Contest” on
the homepage of “Travelling with us”.
In order to participate, the contestant will answer the three multiple choice questions and then complete
the corresponding online entry form. All incomplete forms or forms belonging to persons not eligible to
enter the game will be considered void.
Article 4: Designation of the winner
Only those contestants who have the correct answers to the three questions will participate in the random
drawing that will take place on november 2nd 2016. The drawing will be carried out by the organizers of
the contest at the ASL Airlines France Headquarters.

Article 5: Prize of the Contest
After the random draw that will take place on November 2nd 2016, the winner will receive a «fouta» 100%
cotton to use at the beach, travel... but also in pareo, in decoration, plaid...
No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for the Prize permitted, except by ASL Airlines France in its
sole discretion.
Article 6: Prize notification
The winner will be notified by email at the email address registered in his/her participation form. The
organizers will not be held responsible if the prize notification is returned to ASL Airlines France as
undeliverable due to a change in the contestant’ email address or due to any problem with the contestant
email service.
The prize will be sent to the name and the address indicated in the participation form within a month
following the random draw.
By entering this Contest and/or accepting the Prize, the Winner hereby agrees to the reasonable use by
ASL Airlines France of his/her name, photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, hometown address on ASL
Airlines France’s website.
Article 7: Acceptance and publication of the Terms and Conditions
By entering the contest, the contestants affirm that he/she has read and agrees to abide by the Terms and
Conditions of the contest filed with Maître Laurent Dubois, huissier de justice - 23, avenue Paul-Vaillant
Couturier - BP 20 - 93423 Villepinte Cedex.
The present Terms and Conditions are available on ASL Airlines France’s website at www.aslairlinesfrance.
fr (at “Quiz Contest” on the homepage of “Travelling with us”) and will be sent free of charge (2nd class
stamps refunded upon request, one request per household) by addressing the request to Maître Laurent
Dubois, huissier de justice - 23, avenue Paul-Vaillant Couturier - BP 20 - 93423 Villepinte Cedex.

Article 8: Participation fees
Possible participation fees generated by internet connections will be reimbursed par the organizers.

The request must include:
l the contestant’s phone number
l copy of his/hers Internet subscription
l the exact hour and date of the internet connection for the game
l proof of domicile less than 6 months old
l IP address of the computer used.
Refunds will be limited to one per household (same last name, same address). It will be based on a two
minute local communication at the ongoing France Télécom rate for the first participation and on the basis
of a 30 second local communication at the ongoing France Télécom rate for the following participations.
Refund of the stamp required for the connexion refund written request will be made on the basis of 2nd
class stamps.
Article 9: Responsibility
The organizers reserve their right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond their control. The organizers cannot be held responsible
for any such occurrence.
ASL Airlines France reserves its right to use the information on the entry form for purposes other than the
Contest (such as sales operations) in accordance with the law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to the
protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. ASL Airlines France will not be
held responsible for the occurrence.
Article 10: Dispute
The present Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by French law that defines the rules and
regulations applied to this Contest. Contests or challenges of any decision will be made in writing to the
organizers whose address is to be found in article 3 of the present Terms and Conditions. The letter will
stipulate the precise date on which the contestant participated and the exact motive for which he/she
contests the decision. No contests or challenges will be accepted later than 30 days after the closing of
the Contest.
