FEATURES
The Attwood single-valve aerator spray head is designed for 3/4" I.D.
hose for side mounting on baitwell or livewell systems with built-in
overflow or recirculating systems. It is made of durable plastic for
corrosion resistance.
The aerator spray head has a rotating knob to adjust and maintain
flow setting from closed to full flow. The knob is designed to stay in
place and not vibrate out. However, it can be removed for cleaning
debris from the spray head.
Models 4125 and 4123 are the same, with this exception: on the 4123,
the hose barb is replaced with the Flow-Rite™ Qwik-Lok™ connector.

WARNING
Do not operate 110/120 volt A.C. power tools while boat is in the
water. Remove boat from water before proceeding.
TOOLS AND MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION
• Hose clamp suitable for 3/4" I.D. hose
• Screw Driver
• Large pair slip joint pliers or large crescent wrench
• 1-inch drill or hole cutter
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Select and mark the location for spray head.
2. Make a 1-inch hole at the selected location.
3. Remove the nut from the spray head assembly.
4. Place the threaded end of the spray head through the hole so
that the nozzle spray adjuster is inside the livewell. Apply a small
bead of polyurethane marine sealant (such as Silkaflex 231) on
the fixed flange and the nut flange to insure a watertight seal.
5. Screw the nut onto the threads. Tighten the nut approximately
one-quarter turn past full contact.
CAUTION: Do not overtighten nut – threads will strip preventing
a good fit and good water seal.
6. Make sure the hose barb is pointed down.
7. Install hose clamps around hose. Attach hose to hose barb.
Tighten hose clamp.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
For best results, periodically remove adjusting knob, clean out debris
from spray head, and replace knob.

(“Attwood”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that Attwood
brand products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use and service for one year from the date of original
consumer purchases.
This limited warranty is not applicable if the product has been damaged
by accident, improper installation, unreasonable or improper use, lack
of proper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal
wear and tear, or other causes not arising out of defects in materials
or workmanship.
Attwood products are warranted for use on pleasure boats. Any other
use — including but not limited to commercial, racing, or non-marine
use — are not covered under this warranty. Attwood’s obligation under
this warranty is limited to repair of the product at Attwood’s plant or
replacement of the products at Attwood’s option without expense to
the original consumer purchaser. Any expenses involved in the removal,
reinstallation or transportation of the product are not covered by this
warranty. The product must be returned to Attwood’s plant at the address
above, postage pre-paid, and insured with proof of original purchase
including date. If Attwood is unable to replace the product and repair
is not commercially practical or cannot be timely made, or if the original
consumer purchaser is willing to accept a refund in lieu of repair or
replacement, Attwood may refund the purchase price, less an amount
for depreciation. The acceptance by Attwood of any product returned
or any refund provided by Attwood shall not be deemed an admission
that the product is defective or in violation of any warranty. Products
that are replaced or for which a refund is issued become the property
of Attwood.
THIS WARRANTY IS ATTWOOD’S ONLY EXPRESSED
WARRANTY OF THESE PRODUCTS. NO IMPLIED WARRANTY
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, SHALL BE EXTENDED BEYOND THE WARRANTY
PERIOD STATED ABOVE FOR EACH PRODUCT. ATTWOOD
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, FOR LOSS OF
USE OF THIS PRODUCT, NOR FOR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES
Le tête vaporisante aêrateur Attwood à soupape unique est conçue un
tuyau I.D. 3/4" pour une installation latérale sur un compartiment pour
appâts ou vivier munis d’un dévidoir un d’un système recirculatoire.
Elle est fabriquée de plastique durable pour résister à la corrosion.
La tête vaporisante aérateur est munie d’un bouton pivotant pour
ajuster et maintenir le débit, soit fermé ou plein débit. Le bouton est
conçu pour rester en place et ne pas sortir de sa position à cause
des vibrations. Ceppendant, il peut être démonté pour enlever les
débris de la tête vaporisante.
Les modèles 4125 et 4123 sont identiques à une exception près: sur le
4123, le raccord de tuyau est remplacé par le connecteur Flow-Rite™
Qwik-Lok™.

ATTENTION
N’utilisez pas d’outils électriques 110/120 volts lorsque le bateau
est dans l’eau. Sortez le bateau de l’eau avant de commencer.

INSTALLATION
1. Choisissez et marquez l’emplacement de la tête vaporisante.
2. Percez un trou d’un pouce à l’endroit voulu.
3. Dévissez le boulon de l’ensemble de la tête vaporisante.
4. Placez le filetage de la tête vaporisante dans le trou pour que le
bouton régleur de le tête vaporisante soit a l’intérieur du vivier.
Appliquez une petite quantité de produit d’étanchéité marin en
polyuréthanne (tel que Sikaflex 231) sur la joue fixe ou la joue de
l’écrou afin d’assurer un joint éntanche.
5. Vissez l’écrou sur le filetage et serrez environ un quart de tour
après le plein contact.
ATTENTION: Ne pa trop serrer l’écrou – le filetage peut être
endommagé pouvant résulter en un mauvaise installation et
un joint non étanche.
6. Assurez-vous que le raccord de tuyau pointe vers le bas.
7. Installez les joints de serrage sur le tuyau. Raccordez au raccord
de tuyau. Serrez les joints de serrage.
ENTRETIEN
Pour obtenir un resultat optimal, demontez le bouton régleur, enlevez
les debris de la tête vaporissante et replaces le bouton.
