guidelines sent out by IJS
The invitation to tender was sent out to 3 different smart
meter providers:

Installation and training

Before installation:
– Dwelling properties matrix has been filled out using the results of the
questionnaire carried out in WP5
– Translation and completion of the energy consumption questionnaire
developed by IJS (to be carried out during installation)
– Preparation of installation package
– Official document regarding ownership

Installation and training:
– Installation to be carried out between Jan-Mar 2013. 1st installation
17/01/2013.
– On the spot training will be provided to each end user during
installation

Data collection & Monitoring

DATA COLLECTION
– Manual data collection (approx every 3 months)
– Automatic data collection (every month)

MONITORING
– Informative bulletin to be prepared and sent out to end users at three
different stages during the smart metering project
– A periodic analysis will be prepared with results from all 45 dwellings
– The energy consumption questionnaire will be distributed 3 times at
different points during the monitoring phase
