once upon a time
E
n 1951, Sébastien Bagnis découvre
le Golfe de Saint-Tropez et
tombe sous le charme d’une
petite plage à l’ombre des pins
parasols. Visionnaire, il créera sur
cette plage quelques mois plus tard le
Camping des Mûres, un des premiers
établissements de plein air en France.
C’est l’époque des toiles de tentes.
Tout est pliable. La caravane est alors
le comble du luxe avec un réchaud à
gaz et un réfrigérateur.
Au début des années 80, la liberté
c’est une maison sur quatre roues,
avec un moteur : le camping-car puis
les mobil-homes.
En 65 ans, les générations se sont
succédées, l’histoire de Sébastien
Bagnis continue…
In 1951, Sébastien Bagnis discovered
the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and fell for the
charms of a little beach in the shade of
some umbrella pines. A visionnary, some
months later he founded on this beach
the Camping Des Mûres, one of the
first open-air establishments in France.
It was the era of tents, everything
folded up. The caravan was the height
of luxury with gas stove and fridge. At
the beginning of the 80s freedom was
a house on four wheels with an engine:
the camper, then the mobil home.
Over 65 years generation has followed
generation. The story of Sébastien
Bagnis continues..

Votre place sera disponible à partir de
15h00 le jour de votre arrivée et devra
être libérée avant 12h00 le jour du
départ.

RESERVIERUNGSVERTRAG
CONDITIONS DE RESERVATION
BOOKING CONDITIONS
La prenotazione sarà trattata solo in seguito al versamento dell’acconto, e in
ogni caso dopo aver ricevuto il contratto di prenotazione debitamente compilato e firmato, oppure dopo l’accettazione delle condizioni generali di vendita
al momento della prenotazione online.
Le piazzole sono attribuite secondo l’ordine di registrazione delle prenotazioni. La direzione si riserva la facoltà di modificare l’assegnazione della
piazzola al momento dell’arrivo.
• Ihre Reservierung wird erst wirksam nach Erhalt
der Anzahlung und Erhalt entweder des ordnungs-gemäß ausgefüllten und
unterschriebenen Reservierungsvertrags oder der Annahme unserer allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen im Internet.
• Die Plätze werden vergeben in der Reihenfolge
des Eingangs der Reservierungen. Die Geschäfts-leitung behält sich vor, die
Zuteilung eines Platzes bei Ihrer Ankunft zu ändern.
• Votre réservation sera prise en compte après réception de l’acompte
et après réception soit du contrat de réservation dûment complété et
signé, soit après acceptation des conditions générales de vente lors de la
réservation en ligne.
• Les places seront attribuées dans l’ordre d’enregistrement des
réservations. La direction se réserve la possibilité de modifier l’affectation
de l’emplacement à l’arrivée.

signed completed booking form, or acceptance of terms & conditions when
booking is made online.
Pitches will be allocated in order of dates bookings are made. The management reserves the right to modify the pitch number allocated on the customer’s arrival.
SOGGIORNO
1. All’arrivo
Alloggio in locazione: il mobil home è disponibile a partire dalle ore 17. In
caso di arrivo anticipato, sarà fatto il possibile per ridurre il tempo di attesa.
Si richiede il versamento di una cauzione di € 200,00, che sarà restituita alla
partenza, in seguito alla verifica delle condizioni del mobil home. La direzione
si riserva la facoltà di trattenere integralmente o parzialmente la cauzione, nel
caso non siano state rispettate le condizioni d’igiene o di cura del materiale. Se
la partenza avviene fuori dall’orario di apertura della reception, il mobil home
sarà controllato in orario lavorativo e la cauzione sarà restituita tramite posta.
Piazzola: la piazzola prenotata è disponibile a partire dalle ore 15
2. Durante il soggiorno
Il campeggio declina ogni responsabilità in caso di furto, incendio, accidente
atmosferico ecc. sulla piazzola o negli spazi comuni del campeggio (parcheggio, ecc.) Ogni cliente è responsabile di eventuali problemi causati dalle
persone che soggiornano con lui o in visita temporanea.
3. Partenza
Alloggio in locazione: il mobil home va lasciato entro le ore 9, il giorno della
partenza. L’alloggio va restituito pulito e in buono stato. Il costo di qualsiasi
oggetto rotto o rovinato sarà addebitato al cliente. Nel caso non venga effettuata la pulizia dell’alloggio prima della partenza, sarà addebitato un costo
supplementare di € 50,00.
Piazzola: la piazzola va lasciata entro le ore 12, il giorno della partenza. Va
restituita in buono stato di pulizia.
CONDIZIONI DI PAGAMENTO
Alloggio in locazione: la prenotazione diventa effettiva solamente dopo nostra
conferma e in seguito al versamento dell’acconto di € 170,00, di cui € 150,00
di acconto sul soggiorno e € 20,00 di spese di prenotazione, che restano al
campeggio.
Piazzola: la prenotazione diventa effettiva solamente dopo nostra conferma e
in seguito al versamento dell’acconto di € 120,00, di cui € 100,00 di acconto
sul soggiorno e € 20,00 di spese di prenotazione, che restano al campeggio.
Il saldo va effettuato all’arrivo, e la sera precedente la partenza per eventuali
supplementi. Il prezzo del soggiorno va corrisposto integralmente, secondo
le date della prenotazione, escludendo qualsiasi riduzione per arrivo tardivo
o partenza anticipata. Ogni famiglia che si succede sulla stessa piazzola deve
effettuare la propria prenotazione.
CANCELLAZIONE E MODIFICHE
Qualsiasi cancellazione va comunicata per iscritto, via mail o via fax, e confermata con una raccomandata contenente il giustificativo.
RIMBORSO INTEGRALE:
Viene assicurato il rimborso delle somme versate (fatta eccezione per le spese
di prenotazione di € 20,00) nei seguenti casi:
Se la cancellazione viene comunicata almeno 15 giorni prima della data
d’arrivo prevista. Fino al giorno precedente l’arrivo in casi gravi, quali:
malattia, incidenti, morte del cliente, del congiunto o di familiare
licenziamento del cliente o del congiunto.
NESSUN RIMBORSO:
Se la cancellazione avviene meno di 15 giorni prima della data d’arrivo prevista, non ci sarà alcun rimborso.
NO SHOW
In assenza di una comunicazione che avvisi dell’arrivo tardivo, trascorse 24
ore dalla data di arrivo prevista la piazzola viene considerata disponibile.
AZIONI LEGALI
Ogni cliente è tenuto al rispetto del regolamento interno del campeggio. In
caso di azioni legali, l’unica autorità competente è il Tribunale di Saint-Tropez. Assicurazione di responsabilità civile obbligatoria. Diritto d’immagine:
con il presente contratto il cliente autorizza espressamente e senza alcuna
contropartita il campeggio a utilizzare le foto del cliente stesso, degli accompagnatori e dei familiari, inclusi i bambini, eventualmente scattate durante il
soggiorno, a scopo pubblicitario e su qualsiasi tipo di supporto.
IHR AUFENTHALT
1. Ankunft
• Mietunterkunft: das Mobilhome steht ab 17 Uhr
zur Verfügung. Im Falle einer früheren Ankunft wird alles unternommen, um
Ihre Wartezeit zu verkürzen. Es wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 200€ verlangt
und wird am Tag der Abreise nach Durchsicht des Mobilheims zurück erstattet. Bei Verstößen im Bereich der Hygiene oder Schäden am Material behält
sich die Geschäftsleitung das Recht vor, die gesamte Kaution oder einen Teil
davon einzubehalten. Bei Abreise außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption wird das Mobilhome später kontrolliert und die Kaution wird auf dem
Postweg erstattet.
• Campingstellplatz: der reservierte Platz ist ab
15 Uhr verfügbar.
2. Während des Aufenthalts
• Der Campingplatz lehnt jegliche Haftung im
Falle von Diebstahl, Feuer, Unwetter etc. die auf dem Platz oder in Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen (Parkplatz…) passieren können ab.
• Jeder Camper ist für die Störungen, die von
Personen in seiner Begleitung oder die ihn besuchen, verantwortlich
3. Abreise
•Mietunterkunft: Am Tag der Abreise muss das
Mobilhome bis 9 Uhr geräumt sein. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und in gutem
Zustand zu hinterlassen. Kaputt gegangene oder zerstörte Dinge werden
Ihnen in Rechnung gestellt. Im Fall, dass die Unterkunft nicht von Ihnen gereinigt wurde, wird Ihnen die Reinigung mit 50€ in Rechnung gestellt
•Campingstellplatz: Am Tag der Abreise muss
der Platz bis 12 Uhr geräumt sein und sauber hinterlassen werden.
ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Campingstellplatz: Die Reservierung wird erst nach unserer Zustimmung und
dem Erhalt der Anzahlung wirksam: 120€, 100€ davon für den Aufenthalt
und 20€ Reservierungsgebühr, die nicht erstattet werden.
Mobilheime: Die Reservierung wird erst nach unserer Zustimmung und dem
Erhalt der Anzahlung wirksam: 170€, 150€ davon für den Aufenthalt und 20€
Reservierungsgebühr, die nicht erstattet werden.
Der Preis für den Aufenthalt ist bei Ankunft, Zusatzleistungen am Tag vor der
Abreise zu bezahlen. Jeder Aufenthalt muss vollständig gemäß der Reservierungsdaten bezahlt werde, es wird keine Ermäßigung für verspätete Anreise
oder vorzeitige Abreise gewährt. Bei mehreren Familien, die nacheinander
denselben Platz mieten, muss jede Familie selbst reservieren.
STORIERUNGEN UND ÄNDERUNGEN
Jede Stornierung muss schriftlich erfolgen, durch Email oder Fax, und durch
einen eingeschrie-benen Brief mit einer Bescheinigung bestätigt werden.
• ERSTATTUNG OHNE JEGLICHE KOSTEN
Wir sagen Ihnen die Erstattung der geleisteten Zahlungen (außer der 20€
Reservierungsgebühr) in folgenden Fällen zu:
• Wenn die Stornierung mindestens 14 Tage vor der geplanten Ankunft
erfolgt.
• Wenn die Stornierung bis zum Tag vor Ihrer
Ankunft aus folgenden wichtigen Gründen erfolgt:
• Krankheit, Unfall, Tod des Reservierenden,
seines Partners, eines Kindes oder Elternteils.
• Bei Verlust des Arbeitsplatzes des Reservierenden oder seines Ehepartners.
• KEINE ERSTATTUNG
Wenn die Stornierung später als 14 Tage vor dem geplanten Ankunftsdatum
eintrifft, erhalten Sie keine Erstattung.
• NICHTERSCHEINEN
Bei fehlender Benachrichtigung einer verspäteten Anreise, kann der Platz
oder das Mobilhome 24 Stunden nach der vorgesehenen Anreise anderweitig
vermietet werden. Es findet keine Erstattung statt.
RECHTLICHE HINWEISE
Alle Gäste des Zeltplatzes sind gehalten, sich an die geltenden Regeln zu halten. Gerichtsstand bei Problemen ist St Tropez. Eine Haftpflicht-versicherung
ist verpflichtend. Recht auf das eigene Bild: Sie erlauben ausdrücklich und
ohne finanzielle Ansprüche die Verwendung der Fotos (in jeglicher Form) von
Ihnen oder Ihren Kindern, die während Ihres Aufenthalts gemacht werden
könnten, für Werbezwecke des Zeltplatzes.
VOTRE SEJOUR
1. Arrivée
•Hébergement locatif : le mobil home sera disponible à partir de 17h.
En cas d’arrivée anticipée tout sera mis en œuvre pour réduire le temps
d’attente. Une caution de 200€ vous sera demandée et sera rendue le jour
du départ après vérification du mobil home. La direction se réserve le
droit de conserver tout ou une partie de la caution en cas de manquement
au respect de l’hygiène ou du matériel. Si le départ intervient en dehors
des heures d’ouverture de la réception, le mobil home sera contrôlé
ultérieurement et la caution sera renvoyée par courrier.
• Emplacement camping : l’emplacement réservé sera disponible
à partir de 15h.
2. Pendant le séjour
•Le camping décline toute responsabilité en cas de vol, incendie, intempérie
etc pouvant arriver sur l’emplacement ou parties communes du camping
(parking...)
• Chaque vacancier est responsable des troubles causées par les personnes
qui séjournent avec lui ou lui rende visite.
3. Départ
•Hébergement locatif : le mobil home devra être libéré avant 9h le jour du
départ. L’hébergement sera rendu propre et en bon état. Tout objet cassé ou
détérioré sera à votre charge. Dans le cas où l’hébergement n’aurait pas été
nettoyé avant votre départ, un forfait ménage de 50€ vous sera facturé.
•Emplacement camping : l’emplacement devra être libéré avant 12h le
jour du départ. L’emplacement doit être rendu propre.
CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT
Emplacement camping : la réservation ne devient effective qu’après notre
accord et après réception d’un acompte de 120€ représentant 100€
d’acompte sur le séjour et 20€ de frais de dossier qui restent acquis au
camping.
Mobil homes : la réservation ne devient effective qu’après notre accord et
après réception d’un acompte de 170€, représentant 150€ d’acompte sur le
séjour et 20€ de frais de dossier qui restent acquis au camping.
Le solde étant payable lors de l’arrivée, et à la veille du départ pour tous
suppléments. Tout séjour devra être acquitté intégralement en fonction des
dates de réservation, aucune réduction en cas d’arrivée tardive ou de départ
anticipé. Chaque famille se succédant sur une même place devra faire sa
propre réservation.
ANNULATIONS ET MODIFICATIONS
Toute annulation doit être effectuée par écrit, email ou fax et confirmée par
une lettre recommandée avec justificatif.
•REMBOURSEMENT SANS FRAIS
Nous vous assurons le remboursement des sommes versées
(hors frais de réservations de 20€) dans les cas suivants :
• Si l’annulation intervient au moins 15 jours avant la date d’arrivée prévue
• Jusqu’à la veille de votre arrivée pour les motifs graves suivants :
-maladie, accident, décès du réservataire, de son conjoint,
de ses ascendants ou descendants
-licenciement économique du réservataire ou de son conjoint.
•AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT
Si l’annulation intervient moins de 15 jours avant la date d’arrivée prévue
elle ne donnera lieu à aucun remboursement.
•NON PRESENTATION
En l’absence de courrier signalant une arrivée tardive, l’emplacement
devient disponible 24h après la date d’arrivée prévue et aucun
remboursement ne sera effectué.
LITIGE
Tout client est tenu de se conformer au réglement intérieur de
l’établissement. En cas de problème, le tribunal de (St Tropez) sera seul
compétent.Assurance responsabilité civile obligatoire. Droit à l’image : Vous
autorisez expressément et sans contrepartie le camping à utiliser sur tout
support les photos de vous ou de vos enfants qui pourraient être prises au
cours de votre séjour, pour les besoins publicitaires du camping.
YOUR STAY
1.Arrival
Rented accommodation: The mobile-home will be available from 5 p.m.
In case of earlier arrival, we will do our utmost to reduce your waiting time.
A deposit of 200€ will be required & will be returned to you on departure
after the mobile-home has been checked. The management reserves the
right to keep all or part of the deposit in case of lack of respect for hygiene
or equipment. If departure is outside opening times of reception, the
mobile-home will be checked later & the deposit will be subsequently
returned.
Pitches: The reserved pitch will be available from 3 p.m.
2.During your stay
The campsite is not responsible for thefts, fires, bad weather etc. which could
affect pitches or common areas of campsite (e.g. car parks).
Each customer is responsible for any problems caused by persons sharing
their pitch or visitors.
3.Departure
Rented accommodation: The mobile-home must be vacated before 9 a.m. on
day of departure. Accommodation must be left clean & in good condition.
Any breakages or damage will be at your expense. If accommodation is not
properly clean on your departure, a cleaning charge of 50€ will be added to
your bill.
Pitches: The pitch must be vacated by 12 noon on your departure. The pitch
should be in a clean condition.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
your reservation is effective subject toour approval and upon payment of a
120€ deposit, including 100€ as advance payment and 20€ as handling fees
which shall be retained by the Les Mures campsite.
Each family following one another on the same place will have to make their
own reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival, any additional amount
being due the day before departure. Any stay shall be paid in full based on
reserved dates. No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or
early departure.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Any cancellation must be in writing, either by e-mail, fax or registered letter.
• REIMBURSMENT WITHOUT FEES
We guarantee reimbursement of deposits paid (excluding booking fee of 20€)
in the following cases:
• If the cancellation is effected at least 15 days before projected arrival date.
• Until the day before arrival for the following serious reasons - Illness,
accidents, decease of family member
• loss of employment by person reserving or their spouse.
• NO REIMBURSEMENT
If the cancellation is effected less than 15 days before the projected arrival
date, no reimbursement will be made.
• NON-ARRIVAL
In the absence of written notification of late arrival, the pitch will be reallocated 24 hours after the projected arrival date and no reimbursement will
be made.
LITIGATION
All campers are to comply with the campsites rules
In the event of any disputes, the court of St Tropez shall have jurisdiction.
Compulsory insurance civil liability.
Personal image rights : You expressly authorize the campsite to use, on any
medium, and free of charge, for the purpose of advertising the campsite, any
photos of you or your children that may be taken during your stay.
