2014 Inter Leagues Series
Some important information about the 2014 Inter Leagues Championship
Please send a copy to the teams involved in the 2014 Inter Leagues games
You can find the schedule of the 2014 Provincial Championships inter league games on the website of the
Federation of Quebec Amateur Football at www.footballquebec.com under the site’s home page. Note that this single
source of information is considered official. We strongly recommend that you check it regularly.
Please note that each game will be overseen by a commissioner or representative authorized by the board of the
category involved. Please remember the following:

Team Alignment
In preparation for the 2014 Championships, we ask the cooperation of the finalists so that they update their official
roster on the Intranet of the federation no later than TUESDAY before their final match.
PROCEDURE DURING THE WEIGHING (ATOM – MOSQUITO – PEE WEE)
1. Each team must be present at the field at least one hour before the match.
2. The teams must notify the commissioner appointed to their match BY CELLULAR TELEPHONE of the expected
time of arrival of the team at the locker room, OR FOR ANY POTENTIAL DELAY (the commissioner cell # will
be given to the league responsible).
POLICY FOR GAME DELAYS
o
If a team is not in its locker room at the settled schedule time, the opposing team may proceed to
the weighing with the commissioner present at the scheduled time.
o
If the game is delayed, the offending team will be awarded a 10 yard penalty on the kickoff after
15 minutes and 20 yard after 30 minutes, and the league will be charged a fine of $250.
3. Each team will report to their respective dressing-room.
4. The Manager shall submit the complete record of the team to the representing of the Commission (contracts
in numerical order of the alignment printed from the Football Quebec INTRANET SYSTEM) ;
5. The representative of the Commission calls each player in turn, contract with picture is checked.
6. The player is weighed, his weight must not exceed 115 pounds (Atom), 140 pounds (Mosquito) and 170
pounds (Pee Wee).
7. Only a medical – type scale (in weight) or electronic is accepted in the Inter-League series. It is the
responsibility of the hosting leagues to provide a scale to meet this criterion.
8. The player will be weighed only once on the scale and cannot get a second chance, even if both
managers agree to proceed again. It is therefore very important to prepare your players for
weighing.
9. Only 2 managers of the teams involved may attend the weighing of players by the Commissioner.
10. Once weighing is over, the managers shall verify, correct if necessary and sign the official score sheet.
11. Game balls new or in good condition will be provided by the hosting league during the Inter-leagues games.
