TAX BENEFITS
INDIVIDUAL: The amount of the donation (more than 40 £) is deducted from the total of taxable income without
being able to exceed 10% of the total of net earnings or the maximum amount of 353.000 Euros.
COMPANY: The amount of the donation is deducted from the total of the taxable profit without being able to
exceed 5% of the total of the taxable incomes or the amount of 500.000 Euros.
A copy of the receipt given by the Foundation is to be added to your fiscal declaration. A tax certificate for
donations submitted from Belgium is sent to you in February of the following year. Thus, you have only a single
certificate to attach to your tax declaration.
