Renforcer les liens avec les étudiants, l'école et nos alumni à l'international
Qui suis-je ?
J’ai été diplômée en 2006 du Master in Management. J’ai réalisé mon parcours académique
en parallèle d’un contrat d’apprentissage de deux ans chez Ernst&Young (audit des
institutions financières) et d’un programme d’échange au sein d’un des meilleurs MBA nordaméricains (Rotman Business School – Toronto, Canada).
Grâce notamment au réseau ESCP Europe, j’ai rejoint les équipes de financement de projet
de Bouygues Construction en 2006, puis de VINCI Concessions en 2008. Passionnée par le
secteur des infrastructures, je suis actuellement Project Manager chez VINCI Airports où je
participe au développement des concessions aéroportuaires en France et à l’international
(Russie, Brésil, Inde, Turquie, Portugal).
Bretonne d’origine, j’ai 30 ans et je suis mariée avec un ancien ESCP Europe. Nous avons un
enfant de deux ans et nous attendons le deuxième pour mai 2013.
Quelles sont mes motivations ?
Je me sens en complète résonnance avec les 5 objectifs de l’association : être
professionnelle, solidaire, internationale, amicale, en lien avec les étudiants et l’école.
Je souhaite aussi pouvoir contribuer au rayonnement d’ESCP Europe à laquelle je suis fière
d’appartenir pour ses valeurs humanistes et sa perspective européenne et internationale.
Je puise ma motivation dans le plaisir des échanges ouverts, du travail en équipe ainsi que
dans la fierté de transformer des idées en actions.
Quelle a été mon implication jusqu’à présent ?
Dès les bancs de l’école, j’ai pris part aux activités proposées par ESCP Europe Alumni. En
2010, j’ai cherché à mon tour à contribuer à l’organisation des événements proposés par les
groupes. Depuis 2011, je suis déléguée du groupe professionnel ESCP Europe au Féminin. Je
fais ainsi partie de l’équipe qui a relancé ce groupe majeur (presque 12 000 membres et en
moyenne un événement par mois). Je m’occupe particulièrement des actions à destination
des étudiant(e)s et jeunes diplômé(e)s. Je travaille également en équipe à une étude sur les
réseaux de femmes en entreprise qui sera diffusée d’ici fin 2013.
J’ai gardé des liens forts avec l’école et son corps professoral. Depuis 2010, j’interviens
chaque année au sein du Master Spécialisé « Management des Projets Internationaux » et je
participe aux jurys d’admission.
Cette année, j’ai présenté mon parcours devant deux classes de la nouvelle promotion du
Master in Management. J’ai également permis à un groupe d’étudiants de réaliser leur
projet Portail sur VINCI Airports puis je les ai accompagnés tout au long de leur étude. En
parallèle, je joue le rôle de mentor pour plusieurs étudiants.
Enfin, début mars, à la demande d’ESCP Europe, j’ai témoigné dans le Parisien (supplément
Economie / section grandes écoles) en mettant en avant l’importance, pour les étudiants,
de rejoindre tôt les réseaux des anciens.
Qu’est-ce que je peux apporter à la communauté ?
Ma proximité avec les étudiants et les jeunes diplômés sont un atout à la fois pour intégrer
les nouvelles générations à notre association et aussi pour diffuser, au sein de notre
communauté, toute la valeur ajoutée que représentent leurs idées et leur énergie
d’entreprendre.
Je suis convaincue de l’utilité de tisser des liens entre notre réseau et le corps académique,
afin de faire rayonner l’excellence de la recherche développée à ESCP Europe et d’offrir à
nos membres une opportunité d’accéder aux dernières tendances et études de
management.
L’internationalisation de notre association peut devenir un levier exceptionnel pour nos
membres. A travers mon parcours académique et professionnel, j’ai eu la chance de
développer des projets dans diverses régions du monde. Cette exposition à l’international
sera un plus pour penser et organiser notre réseau au-delà des frontières.

To strengthen the links with the students, the school and our international
Alumni
Who am I?
I graduated from the Master in Management in 2006. I did the academic program in parallel
with a two year experience at Ernst&Young1 (financial institutions audit) and with an
international exchange program in one of the top North American MBAs (Rotman Business
School – Toronto, Canada).
Thanks especially to the ESCP Europe network, I joined Bouygues Construction project
finance team in 2006 and then VINCI Concessions structured finance department in 2008.
Keen on the infrastructure field, I am currently Project Manager at VINCI Airports where I
am involved in the development of airport concession projects in France and worldwide
(Russia, Brazil, India, Turkey, Portugal).
Of Breton origin, I am 30 years old and I am married with an ESCP Europe Alumni. We have a
two-year-old child and are expecting the second one in May 2013.
What are my motivations?
I feel in perfect harmony with the 5 ESCP Europe Alumni Association core objectives:
professionalism, solidarity, internationalism, friendship and close links with the students
and ESCP Europe.
I also wish to contribute to the development of ESCP Europe’s influence, as I am proud of
belonging to this business school for its humanist values and its European and international
perspective.
I draw my motivation from the pleasure to share open views and work in team as well as
from the pride to get ideas transformed into actions.
How involved was I till now?
From the school benches on, I have taken part to ESCP Europe Alumni’s activities. In 2010, to
pay it back in kind, I decided to contribute to events organized by the groups. Since 2011, I
am one of the delegates of ESCP Europe Women’s Network. I am thus an active member of

the team who has revived this major group (almost 12 000 members and approximately one
event per month). I deal especially with actions towards students and new alumni. I also
work in team on a study focusing on women’s networks in large companies, which will be
published by the end of 2013.
I have maintained strong links with the school and the academic staff. Since 2010, I have
intervened every year in the Specialized Master “International Project Management” and I
have been a member of the board of examiners.
This year, I presented my career path to two classes of the Master in Management new
students. I also permitted to a student group to make their first business case project 2 on
VINCI Airports and then I coached them all along the assignment.
Last, beginning of March, answering a request from ESCP Europe, I was interviewed by the
newspaper Le Parisien (Economy focus / Top Business and Engineering Schools pages) to
highlight the value for students to join Alumni’s networks.
How can I contribute to the Alumni community?
I wish to draw on my proximity to the students and to the new Alumni to help integrate
them in our association and have them bring to our community their ideas and their
willingness to undertake.
I am convinced of the usefulness of creating links between our network and the academic
body in order to contribute to the visibility of ESCP Europe’s research excellence and to
grant our members access to the latest trends and management studies.
Making our association active on the international stage can bring an exceptional leverage to
our members. Throughout my academic and professional background, I have had
opportunities to develop projects in different regions worldwide. This international
exposure will be essential to think and organize our network beyond our borders.
