donnent en 2007 un vin aux arômes fins, complexes, à la texture
soyeuse et pure à la fois, d’une bonne longueur. Un vin racé !

Très belle couleur rouge, intense et pourpre. Nez fuité, crémeux, frais,
aromatique. Entrée en bouche douce et un brin discrète (sable oblige !).
Mais très vite, le vin prend de la trame dès avant le milieu. Il évolue
savoureux, avec du corps, du goût et des tanins fins. Très bonne
longueur, finement texturée. Du beau travail.
