CALENDRIER DES DROITS D’ENGAGEMENT :
SCHEDULE FOR THE ENTRY FEES:
- Avant le 8 SEPTEMBRE 2016, avoir réglé la totalité de l’engagement.
- Before the 8 of SEPTEMBER 2016: payment of the total entry fee.
Après le 8 SEPTEMBRE 2016, le tarif standard sera appliqué et seuls les
paiements par Carte Bleu ou Virement Bancaire seront acceptés.
After the 8 of September 2016, the standard rates will be applied and
payments by Credit Card and bank transfer only will be accepted.
Sans publicité organisateur : Tarif standard majoré de 60%.
Not including organizer’s advertising: Standard rate + 60%.
DEFINITION DE L’AMATEUR : Tout pilote ou équipage qui n’est pas soutenu
par un constructeur. Pilote ou équipage n’étant pas inscrit sur la liste de
notoriété FIA, ou ne faisant pas parti de la liste de notoriété NPO EVENTS.
Pour les assistances, sont considérées comme professionnels, les teams
soutenus par un constructeur. Tout pilote moto ou quad qui n’a pas terminé
dans les 5 premiers d’un Championnat FIM vitesse, motocross, rallye TT ou
Enduro au cours des 5 dernières années. Tout pilote Auto Camion qui n’a pas
terminé dans les 10 premiers d’un Championnat ou Coupe du Monde FIA au
cours des 5 dernières années.
DEFINITION OF AN AMATEUR : every pilot or crew who isn’t supported by
a manufacturer. Pilot or crew who are not registered on the FIA or the NPO
EVENTS current awareness lists. An assistance is considered profesional if
it benefits from the support of a manufacturer. Any rider of a motorbike or
quad who has not finished in the first 5 of a FIM speed Championship,
motocross, Rally TT or Enduro in the past 5 years. Any car or truck driver
who has not finished in the first 10 in an FIA World championship or Cup in
the past 5 years.
CHALLENGE AMATEURS NPO EVENTS :
AMATEURS CHALLENGE:
Challenge uniquement dédié aux amateurs inscrits dans les catégories Open
Auto, Camion, Moto, Quad et Enduro Cup. Seuls les compétiteurs
correspondants à la définition de l’amateur ci-dessus peuvent s’inscrire à ce
challenge.
It is a challenge dedicated to registered amateurs in Open Car, Truck,
Bike, Quad and Enduro Cup categories. Only competitors corresponding to
the definition of the amateur can join this challenge.
Le challenge Amateurs NPO Events récompense les 3 premiers de la catégorie
OPEN et MOTO/QUAD (Rallye, Enduro Cup).

L’organisateur propose une Kit média composé des éléments suivants :

NPO ACADEMY:
En préambule du Rallye, une école de pilotage et de navigation est mise
en place pour les débutants ou compétiteurs souhaitant parfaire leur
préparation avant le départ. Encadrés par des professionnels de la discipline,
les participants inscrits découvrent ou révisent leur base en navigation (GPS,
Road-Book…) ainsi que leur technique de pilotage avec les instruments
obligatoires.
ACCES AU RALLYE :
In introduction of the Rally, a school of piloting and navigation will be
held for the beginners, or for competitors wishing to perfect their
preparation before the departure. Supervised by professionals of the
discipline, the participants will discover or revise their basics in navigation
(GPS, Road-Book..), and their technique of piloting with all the mandatory
instruments.
ACCESS TO THE RALLY:
L’accès au rallye est exclusivement réservé aux personnes munies d’un
bracelet d’identification officiel du Rallye OiLibya du Maroc 2016 (Concurrent,
assistant, accompagnant, organisateur, presse, VIP…) et aux véhicules
officiellement engagés. Toute infraction entraînera l’exclusion du
compétiteur et du Team.
Access to the rally, is exclusively allowed for people with an ID bracelet of
the OiLibya Rally of Morocco 2016 (Competitor, assistant, organizers
companions, media, VIP…) and to the oficially registrated vehicles. Any
violation will result in the exclusion of the competitor and the Team.
Modification: un montant de 150€ sera retenu en cas de changement de nom
(pilote, mécanicien, accompagnateur) après le 12 septembre 2016.
Modification: a payment of 150 € will be required to change a name after
the 12th of September 2016 (pilot, mechanic, companion).

TRANSPORT AND ACCOMODATION:
Pour l’ensemble des participants, NPO EVENTS propose un hébergement en
HOTEL de catégorie STANDARD, ou catégorie SUPERIEURE avec une option
en chambre SINGLE.
VEHICULE ADMIS:
For all the participants, NPO EVENTS will propose accomodations in
STANDARD HOTELS, or SUPERIOR ones, with a SINGLE room option.
Tous véhicules conformes aux conditions du règlement particulier de
l’épreuve. L’organisation se réserve le droit de refuser tout équipage.
All vehicles conformed to the specific regulation of the Event.
The Organizing Committee has the right to refuse any crew.
DEMANDE:
APPLICATIONS :
Le Comité d'Organisation se réserve le droit de refuser l'inscription d'un pilote,
d’un coéquipier, d’un participant sans avoir à en donner les raisons (art. 74 du
Code Sportif International).
La date de prise en compte de la demande d’engagement ne sera
effective qu’à réception de l’acompte.
REFUS D’ENGAGEMENT – FORFAIT :
-The Organizing Committee has the right to refuse a driver, a co-pilot or a
participant’s entry without giving a reason. (art. 74 International Sporting
Code).
The registration’s entry will be considered once the first part of the
payment is done.
REFUSAL OF ENTRY – WITHDRAWAL:
Afin d'éviter toute contestation, les annulations de demande d'engagement et
les demandes de remboursement doivent être exprimées uniquement par lettre
recommandée avec accusé de réception. En cas d’annulation, il lui sera retenu:
- Les frais de dossier de 500€ Moto/Quad & 900€ Auto/SSV/Camion/
Assistance non remboursable
- Jusqu’au 12 Août 2016 : 50 % du montant total de l'engagement sur la base
du tarif standard.
- A partir du 12 Août 2016 : 100 % du montant total de l'engagement sur la base
du tarif standard.
Le remboursement sera effectué au plus tard le 31 Décembre 2016, si la

refunds must be made by registered letter with a recorded delivery.
In a cancellation case, it will be retained:
- Administrative fees of 500 € for Bike/Quad and 900€ for Car/Truck/SSV/
Assistance are not refundable.
-Until 12th of August 2016: 50 % of the total entry fee amount based on the
standard price.
- From the 12th of August 2016: 100 % of the total entry fee amount based
on the standard prices.
The refund will be done at the latest the 31st of December 2016, if the

demande de remboursement est confirmée ou si l'engagement est refusé par le
Comité d’Organisation.
A la suite des vérifications techniques et administratives, tout concurrent se
voyant refuser le départ pour non-conformité de son véhicule et/ou de ses
papiers administratifs, ne pourra prétendre à aucun remboursement de ses
droits d’engagement.
ANNULATION OU RENVOI D’EPREUVE :
refund request is confirmed or if the Organizing Committee refuses the
entry.
If after technical and administrative checks, a competitor is refused to the
race because of nonconformity of his vehicle or papers, no refund will be
made to him.
Si le départ de l’épreuve ne peut avoir lieu, pour quelque motif que ce soit, NPO
EVENTS ne serait redevable envers les participants, que des montants des
droits d’engagements versés, déduction faite des frais de dossiers non
remboursables de 500€ Moto/Quad & 900€ Auto/SSV/Camion/Assistance. Au
cas où le départ du Rallye serait retardé, NPO EVENTS préviendrait
immédiatement chaque compétiteur du nouveau calendrier de la course. Dès
lors, les compétiteurs, faute de pouvoir participer à la course de par ce
changement de date, auront au maximum huit (8) jours francs, pour demander
par lettre recommandée, le remboursement de leurs droits d’engagement
versés à NPO EVENTS. Dans tous les cas, les participants ne pourront
prétendre à aucune indemnité.
If the departure of the race can not be held for any reason NPO Events will
have to refund the competitors only for the paid entry fees, net of
administrative fees non-refundable of 500 € for Bike/Quad and 900 € for
Car/Truck/SSV/Assistance. In case the departure event is delayed, NPO
EVENTS notify each competitor of the new schedule of the race
immediately. If the competitor could not participate in the race because of
the change of schedule, he will have a maximum of eight days (8), to
request by registered letter, the refund of his entry paid to NPO EVENTS.
In all cases, participants are not entitled to any compensation.
