CONDITIONS D’ENGAGEMENT EN COURSE/ ENTRY FEE CONDITIONS:

Tous véhicules conformes aux conditions du règlement particulier de
l’épreuve. Le Comité d’organisation se réserve le droit de refuser tout
équipage.
ELIGIBLE VEHICLES
All vehicles conformed to specific regulation of the Rally.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse any crew.
DEMANDE
Le Comité d'Organisation se réserve le droit de refuser l'inscription d'un
pilote, d’un coéquipier, d’un concurrent sans avoir à en donner les
raisons (art. 74 du Code Sportif International).
Les demandes d'engagement seront sélectionnées en fonction de leur
date d'arrivée au Secrétariat. Toute demande de pré-engagement
parvenant au secrétariat de l'épreuve non accompagnée de l'acompte
demandé ne sera pas prise en considération.
APPLICATIONS
-The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse a driver, copilot or competitor's entry without being obliged to give a reason. (art.
74 International Sporting Code).
-Applications are on a 'first come first serve' basis.
-All applications not accompanied by payment of pre-entry fee will
not be considered.

Réservé aux amateurs qui respecteront le calendrier suivant :
Avant le 20 AOUT 2011 : avoir réglé 50% de l’engagement.
Avant le 20 SEPTEMBRE 2011 : avoir réglé le solde de l’engagement.
Après le 20 SEPTEMBRE 2011 ou en cas de non respect de
l’échéancier de paiement, le tarif standard sera appliqué.
DEFINITION DE L’AMATEUR : tout pilote n’étant pas inscrit sur la liste
de notoriété FIA ou FIM actuelle.
Réduction 1ère participation : Une réduction de 150€ est accordée aux
compétiteurs amateurs participants pour la première fois au Rallye
OiLibya du Maroc (non valable pour les participants Enduro Cup). Une
seule réduction par équipage ou pilote en course. Cette offre est non
cumulable avec d’autres offres.

PREFERENTIAL RATE - CONDITIONS TO BE FILLED :
Only for Amateurs who respect the following agenda:
Before the 20th of AUGUST 2011: payment of 50% of the entry fee.
Before the 20th of SEPTEMBER 2011: payment of the total entry fee.
After the 20th of SEPT. 2011 or in case of non respect of the
payment schedule the standard rate will be applied.
Réduction NPO DESERT TROPHY 2011 :
Discount for the NPO DESERT TROPHY 2011:
DEFINITION OF AN AMATEUR : every pilot who is not being
registered on the FIA or FIM currently list.
Discount for 1st participation: A discount of €150 is offered to
amateur competitors who take part for the first time in the Rally
OiLibya of Morocco. Only one discount per crew or pilote in race
(excepted for Enduro Cup). This offer is not combinable with other
offers.

- La soirée de remise des prix,
- Le bracelet d’identification,
- Les Road-books et le guide du Rallye,
- Le stickage du véhicule pour accès bivouac et zones d’assistance,
- La participation aux frais de structure du Rallye,
- Pour les assistances, l’autorisation d’intervenir sur les véhicules en
course dans les zones d’assistance prévues à cet effet.
TARIF n’inclut pas :
- Le transport Aller-retour des participants et du véhicule
(des tarifs négociés seront communiqués ultérieurement par NPO)
- L’hébergement en Hôtel (optionnel)
- La licence sportive obligatoire pour les compétiteurs,
- Le carburant,
- Les dépenses personnelles,
- La location du matériel de sécurité et navigation (Sentinel, Iritrack, GPS)
PRICE including :

- health repatriation insurance for Europe and the organiser’s civil
liability insurance,
- Professional Medical assistance if needed,
- food (breakfast, ration and evening meal),
- Price giving ceremony
- ID bracelets,
- Road-books and the rally guide,
- Vehicle stickers for access to the bivouac and the service areas,
- Organization fees,
- For service, authorization to intervene on vehicles in race in the
assistance zones defined for that purpose.
RATE excluded:
- Transportation of the participants and the vehicle,

- Hotel (optional)
- Sport compulsory licence for competitors,
- fuel,
- personal spending,
- safety and navigation systems rent (Sentinel, Iritrack, GPS),

- La location de téléphone-satellite et communications, (non obligatoire)
- Le trajet en avion (optionnel),
- Le dépôt de garantie de 1 000€ (non encaissé, empreinte de CB durant
les vérifications).
Hébergement :
Pour les participants (concurrents, assistance, presse), NPO propose
une option hébergement en HOTEL de catégorie Standard, une option en
chambre SINGLE et une option en hébergement catégorie SUPERIEUR.

REFUS D’ENGAGEMENT - FORFAIT
Les pré-engagements sont nominatifs et non remboursables.
Afin d'éviter toute contestation, les annulations de demande
d'engagement et les demandes de remboursement doivent être
exprimées uniquement par lettre recommandée avec accusé de
réception. En cas d’annulation de demande d’engagement d'un
concurrent, il lui sera retenu:
- Le montant de frais de dossier non remboursable (500 €/pers).
- Du 1er Juillet au 20 Septembre 2011 : 50 % du montant total de
l'engagement sur la base du tarif.
- A partir du 21 Septembre 2011 : 100 % du montant total de
l'engagement sur la base du tarif standard.
La totalité des droits d'engagement versés sera remboursée au plus tard
le 31 décembre 2011 aux concurrents dont l'engagement aurait été
refusé par le Comité d’Organisation. A la suite des vérifications
techniques et administratives, tout concurrent se voyant refuser le départ
pour non-conformité de son véhicule et/ou de ses papiers administratifs,
ne pourra prétendre à aucun remboursement de ses droits
d’engagement.

Transport & Accommodation :
For all participants (competitors, service, press,…), NPO will propose
a lodging in HOTEL standard category, a SINGLE room (optional),
and lodging in hotel category superior.

REFUSAL OF ENTRY - WITHDRAWAL
Pre-entries are personals and not refundable.
The withdrawal of an entry and requests for refunds must be made
by registered letter with recorded delivery in order to avoid any
disputes.
In the event of a cancellation the following will be retained by the
organization:
- €500/person for pre-entry fee (not refundable).
- From 1st July to 20th of September 2011: 50 % of the total entry fee
(basis of the standard rate)
- From 21st of September 2011 : 100 % of the total entry fee (basis of
the standard prices).
The full amount paid will be refunded 31st December 2011 the latest,
if the entry is refused by the Organizing Committee.
If as a result of scrutineering or administrative checks a competitor is
refused a start as a result of nonconformity of his vehicle or papers,
no refund will be made.
PAIEMENT/ PAYMENT:
NPO n’acceptera qu’un seul et même payeur par voiture ou team.
Celui-ci devra effectuer tous les paiements aux échéances choisies.
Soit par chèque à l’ordre de NPO, par virement, ou par carte de crédit.
Après le 20 septembre 2011, paiement uniquement par virement
bancaire.
