BENCHMARK FORMATIONS INGENIERIE SYSTEME / ARCHITECTURE
SYSTEMES AERIENS
Le stage s’inscrit dans les activités menées avec un grand groupe industriel français. Il s’agit d’une
réflexion sur l’offre des formations proposées par les grandes écoles d’ingénieurs et universités
techniques sur le sujet « architecte de systèmes aériens », y incluant l’ingénierie systèmes.
Il y a trois volets à cette réflexion :
1. Le groupe industriel pilotera de son côté une analyse fine des attentes des industriels. Les résultats
seront connus ultérieurement.
2. L’équipe ISAE-SUPAERO fera de son côté un benchmark des formations existantes au niveau
national et international.
3. Bilan des formations proposées et proposition d’évolution si besoin
Ce stage se positionne sur le point 2, le benchmark de formations existantes. L’approche favorisée est de
travailler avec un stagiaire d’une école de commerce sur ce point. Les taches des stagiaires incluent

la recherche des informations,
•
d’analyser ces informations – objectifs, les cours, le nombre d’heures par sujet, le split entre
cours théoriques et cours plus pratiques, etc),
•
…
Le benchmark se déroulera en deux étapes. Dans un premier temps un benchmark des formations
d’architecte de systèmes aériens au niveau européen aura lieu. Dans un deuxième temps, ce benchmark
sera complété avec une analyse des formations d’architecte de systèmes aériens au niveau mondial (avec
des instituts ciblés).
L’ISAE-SUPAERO est donc à la recherche d’un stagiaire pour 6 mois pour travailler sur ce sujet.

PROFIL DU STAGIAIRE
Ce stage d’une durée de 5 à 6 mois s’adresse à un étudiant ou une étudiante de niveau M1/2, par exemple
en école de commerce. Un intérêt pour les benchmarks en générales et pour l’analyse des données en
particulier, ainsi qu’un intérêt à évaluer la pertinence de certaines informations est nécessaire. La
majorité des documents de travail seront rédigés en langue anglaise.

BENCHMARK EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS SYSTEMS ENGINEERING /
ARCHITECTURE AERONAUTICAL SYSTEMS
The internship is part of the activities with a large French industrial group and concerns a deep analysis
on the educational programs offered by engineering schools and technical universities on the subject
"architect of aeronautical systems", including systems engineering.
Three components in this analysis can be distinguished:
1. The Industrial Group will pilot a detailed analysis of the expectations of industries. The results will
be known at a later stage.
2. The ISAE-SUPAERO team will from their side perform a benchmark of existing courses at national
and international level.
3. Assessment of the educational programs and if needed proposals for evolution of these programs
This intership is positioned on the item 2, the benchmark of existing courses. The preferred approach is
to work with a student of a business school on this topic. The tasks for the trainees include
• information gathering,
• information analysis - objectives, courses, number of hours per subject, the split between theoretical
and more practical courses, etc.)
• ...
The benchmark will be performed in two stages. Initially a benchmark on educational programs for
architect of aeronautical systems at European level will take place. Next, this benchmark will be
complemented with an analysis of similar educational programs (with targeted institutes).
ISAE-SUPAERO is looking for a student to work on this internship intern for six months.

STUDENT PROFILE
This training period of 5 to 6 months is for a student or a student level M1/2, for example in business
schools. An interest in the general benchmarks and data analysis in particular, and an interest in
assessing the relevance of some information are needed. The majority of the working documents will be
in English.
