PRESS RELEASE Paris, 5 December 2016 Foncière des Régions: changes to the Management Committee Foncière des Régions has changed the composition of its Management Committee. In September, Audrey Camus, Head of Development, and Marielle Seegmuller, Operations Director, joined the Management Committee. After 3 years as Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Marion Pignol will join the management team of Beni Stabili, Foncière des Régions' Italian subsidiary from the beginning of 2017. She will be responsible for steering the Property Management internalisation project, in addition to Human Resources and Organisation. Philippe Le Trung, Head of Corporate Development and Communications, has decided to devote himself to a business creation project, and will leave Foncière des Régions at the beginning of next year. Lastly, Myriam Despas, previously Chief Operating Officer of Immeo, Foncière des Régions' German subsidiary, has been appointed Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Foncière des Régions, and Secretary of the Management Committee. Thus, alongside Christophe Kullmann, Chief Executive Officer, and Olivier Estève, Deputy CEO, the Management Committee now comprises 9 members: Marjolaine Alquier, Head of Audit and Internal Control, Thierry Beaudemoulin, CEO Residential, Audrey Camus, Head of Development, Yves Marque, Chief Operating Officer, Tugdual Millet, Chief Financial Officer, Dominique Ozanne, CEO Hotels, and Marielle Seegmuller, Operations Director. Christophe Kullmann made the following statement: "Foncière des Régions has a high quality team to achieve its ambitious projects. I am particularly proud of the European career paths we can offer our managers, as shown by the appointment of Marion Pignol in Italy and the promotion of Myriam Despas".
