TEMPLIERS, après avoir célébré les «700 ANS de la Mort du dernier Grand Maître de l’Ordre
Jacques de MOLAY», nous allons reprendre le rythme de nos Cérémonies annuelles pour la
Commémoration de cette triste date que nous ne devons jamais oublier, Nous, Templiers du
ème

Millénaire.
En présence de notre Grand Maître Dom Fernando PINTO de SOUSA FONTES (si sa santé
le permet, mais il sera là car il en a la volonté), nous partagerons cette Manifestation
commémorative, et participerons ensemble, là aussi en présence notre Grand Maître, «Aux
travaux de Comité» : le Dimanche 22 mars en présence des Grands Prieurs, Prieurs, et Légats,
qui seront venus à PARIS à cette date.
Le Chapitre du SAMEDI 21 MARS 2015 verra : l’Investiture de nouveaux Chevaliers, durant
une Cérémonie pendant laquelle nous pourrons une fois encore partager la force et l’amour qui
nous unissent autour du Beaucéant.
Cette année, pour ce qui est des réservations hôtelières, nous avons encore négocié avec
notre Hôtel habituel : HUATIAN-CHINAGORA, notre partenaire, et vous pourrez constater
que les prix obtenus sont toujours exceptionnels sur PARIS.
Afin de mieux vous recevoir, pouvez-vous retourner le document joint à l’Hôtel afin de réserver
et de garantir, vos chambres le plus tôt possible, pensez-y nous sommes toujours nombreux,
donc dès que vous en aurez la possibilité, pensez : à réserver vos chambres, en faisant
mention de notre Code «O.S.M.T.H. 2015» à l’Hôtel HUATIAN-CHINAGORA (Par Mail ou
par Téléphone, en demandant : Farida pour ceux qui la connaisse, dont les références sont
indiquées dans le Programme ainsi que l’adresse Internet dans le document joint).
Cette Convocation n’est pas finalisée, elle vous donne juste une idée de l’organisation
générale. Dans les semaines et mois qui viennent, des précisions complémentaires vous seront
apportées au fur et à mesure de la mise en place de l’organisation définitive.
Une priorité dans l’organisation de cet évènement pour cette année 2015, il est
impératif maintenant comme chaque année :
- que chaque Pays gère la totalité des inscriptions de ses Membres,
et centralise celles-ci,
- qu’une Liste des Noms et Prénoms des Participants (avec indications : Chevaliers,
Ecuyers, Novices, Profanes, Invités), nous soit adressée,
Par mail : au Secrétariat National / PARIS (le plus tôt sera le mieux) pour l’organisation :

Les règlements (Chèques ou Espèces -car PAS de Carte Bancaire-) se feront sur place à
l’inscription.
Une autre chose importante à vous préciser : même si cette année le nombre de Participants
sera moins important que l’année dernière, cela nous oblige à une stricte organisation à tous
les niveaux, et nous comptons sur votre participation active dans toutes les phases des
Cérémonies, afin que son déroulement soit sous la responsabilité de tous, et que le tout se
déroule dans la plus grande Fraternité Chevaleresque mais aussi sous les meilleurs hospices
techniques et de sécurité, il est nécessaire que chacun prenne en compte cette règle. Sachant
que : toute personne non présente et inscrite, nous sommes dans l’obligation de régler aux
Restaurateurs, Bâteaux, Cars, etc…. les repas, inscriptions et places, ce qui nous pénalise tant
au point de vue comptabilité que sur les Aides que nous pouvons apporter aux différentes
Associations que nous aidons. Sur l’Ile-de-la-Cité, il n’y aura pas de musique, les manteaux
seront sur le bras et les drapeaux ne seront pas déployés, seuls les signes d’Ordre seront
apparents, ceci en respect face «aux derniers évènements dans le Monde» !
Lors de la Soirée de Gala de bienfaisance 2015 : une Action sera menée cette année en
partenariat avec une Association de «Défense et protection contre la maladie
d’ALZHEIMER».

KNIGHTS TEMPLAR, after celebrating the “700 YEARS of the Death of the last Grand Master
of the Order Jacques de MOLAY”, let's take back the pace of our annual Ceremonies to

commemorate this sad date that we must never forget, Us, Knights Templars of the 3
Millennium.
In the presence or our Grand Master Dom Fernando PINTO de SOUSA FONTES (if his
health allows him, but he will be there because he wants to be there), we will share this
commemorative event, and will participate together, there also with our Grand Master,

"Committee's work" on Sunday, 22 of March, in the presence of the Grand Priors, Priors, and
Legates, who will come to PARIS on this date.
The Chapter on Saturday, March 21, 2015 will see : the inauguration of new Knights, during a
Ceremony which we again share the strength and love that unite us around the Beauceant.
This year, in hotel bookings, we still negotiated with our usual Hotel : HUATIANCHINAGORA, our partner and you will see that prices are always exceptional in PARIS.
To better receive you, can you return the document attached to the Hotel in order to book and
to ensure your rooms as soon as possible, think about us are always many, so as soon as you
can, think: to book your rooms, referring to our Code “O.S.M.T.H. 2015” to the Hotel
HUATIAN-CHINAGORA (By Mail or by phone, asking: Farida for those who know, whose
references are shown in the program as well as the Internet address in the attached document).
This convening is not finalized, it gives you just an idea of the General organization. In the
weeks and months that come, additional clarification will be made as the implementation of the
definitive organization.
A priority in the Organization of this event for the year 2015, it’s imperative now as
every year :
- that each country manages all of the inscriptions of its members, and
centralized them,
- just a List of Names and Surnames of the Participants (with indications:
Knights,
Squires, novice, secular, invited), is sent to us.
The payments (Cash or Check –NO Credit Card- will be on-site registration.
Something else important to clarify you : even though this year the number of
Participants will be smaller than last year, this requires us to a strict organization at all
levels, and we count on your active participation in all phases of the Ceremonies, so
that its conduct is the responsibility of all and that everything takes place in the largest
fraternity chivalry, but also under the best technical hospices and security, it is
necessary that everyone takes into account this rule. Knowing that : any person
present and registered, we are obliged to adjust to Restorers, Boats, Cars, etc. meals,
entries and places, which penalize us both from the point of view accounting on aid that
we provide to the various Associations that we help.
When the Charity Gala evening 2015 : action will be carried out this year in
partnership with an Association of “Defense and protection against Alzheimer's
disease”.
