4.Wellenschlauch mit der Wellenschlauchdichtung auf das Kabel schieben. Adapter und Dichtung auf das Kabel schieben.

Push conduit with sealing cap over the cable. Push adapter and
seal onto the cable.
4.Pousser la gaine avec le joint d`étanchéité sur le câble. Pousser l‘adaptateur et le joint sur le câble.
7.Schirmring über Kabelenden auf Schirmgeflecht und Dichtung aufdrücken. Dabei darauf achten, dass auf den Kodiernasen der Dichtung
kein Schirmgeflecht liegt. Überstehendes Schirmgeflecht abschneiden. Bei 4-poligem Anschluss weiter bei Punkt 9. Bei 5-poligem Anschluss weiter bei Punkt 8.

Slide shielding ring over cable ends and assemble seal and
shielding ring. Make sure that no coding pin of the seal is covered
by shielding braid. Cut off shielding braid. If you have a 4 pole
wire please forward to point 9. If you have a 5 pole wire please
forward to point 8.
7.Glisser la bague de blindage sur les câbles et assembler le joint et la
bague. S’assurer qu’aucun pion de détrompage n’est couvert par la
tresse. Couper la tresse de blindage.
Pour une connexion 4 pôles, passer au point 9.
Pour une connexion 5 pôles, passer au point 8.

5.Kabelmantel entfernen. Schirmgeflecht umlegen. Evtl. Folien entfernen. Anschließend Kabelenden abisolieren und Kontakte ancrimpen.
5.Remove outer cable jacket. Form shielding braid as shown. Remove
foils if necessary. Finally strip cable ends and crimp contacts.
5.Retirer le gainage. Rabattre la tresse de blindage. Enlever éventuellement le film de protection si nécessaire. Finalement dénuder les bouts
de câble et sertir les contacts.
8.Mittleren Kontakt in den Kontaktträger einlegen. Kontaktträger zusammendrücken und verrasten.

Insert the contact in the middle chamber of the contact holder.
Press the contact holder together.
8.Insérer le contact dans la cavité centrale du support de contact. Assembler le support de contact.
9.Übrige Kontakte einlegen. Für die Pinbelegung orientieren Sie sich an
der Nummerierung auf dem Kontaktträger. Zur Fixierung der Pins sollte mitgelieferte Montagehilfe genutzt werden. Baugruppe bestehend
aus Kontaktträger, Schirmring, Dichtung und Montagehilfe in Steckverbinder schieben. Auf Kodierung achten!
12.Wiederöffnen mittels Schraubendreher.

Engage the other contacts. For the pin assignment use the
numbering on the contact holder. To fix the pins use assembly aid.
Push preassembled unit of contact holder, shielding ring, seal
and assembly aid into the connector. Pay attention to the coding!
9.Insérer les autre contacts. Pour le positionnement des broches, s’orienter à la numérotation sur le support de contact. Pour fixer les contacts,
utiliser le dispositif de montage. Pousser l’unité de contacts préassemblée, la bague de blindage, le joint et le dispositif de montage dans le
connecteur. Attention au détrompage!
10.Adapter bis zum Anschlag verschrauben. Montagehilfe entfernen.
10.Fasten adapter until it stops. Remove assembly aid.
10.Assembler l’adaptateur. Retirer le dispositif de montage.
11.Wellenschlauch mit Wellenschlauchdichtung so weit in die Adapter
einschieben, bis die Wellenschlauchdichtung nicht mehr im Sperrenfenster sichtbar ist. Oval-Sperre in das Sperrenfenster einsetzen und
einrasten. Die Schraubendreher-Öffnungsnut muss schlauchseitig positioniert sein.
11.Push conduit with sealing cap into adapter until seal cap is no
more visible in the locking element window. Insert oval clip in
the locking element window and click into place. The screwdriver
slot in the oval clip should be on the conduit side.
11.Pousser la gaine avec le joint d‘étanchéité dans l’adaptateur jusqu’à ce
qu’il ne soit plus visible dans la fenêtre du clip ovale. Insérer le clip ovale
dans la fenêtre adéquate et encliqueter. Il faut positionner la fente du
clips coté gaine.

Der Dichtungseinsatz ist bei Neukonfektionierung auszutauschen. Es ist
die Pflicht des Anwenders die korrekte Abisolerlänge für die jeweilige Kabel-Steckverbinder-Kombination festzustellen. Beim Biegen des Wellenschlauches die vorgeschriebenen Biegeradien einhalten. Steckverbinder
nur im spannungsfreien Zustand stecken und ziehen.
The seal has to be replaced when worn. It is the users responsibility
to find out the correct stripping length for the respective cableconnector combination. If bending the conduit, please adhere the
recommended bending radius. Connector must only be connected and
disconnected under zero potential.
Le joint doit etre remplace en cas d’usure. L’utilisateur est responsable de
choisir la longueur correcte pour l’ensemble câble-connecteur en question.
Si l’on courbe la gaine, veiller a respecter le rayon de courbure recommande. Le connecteur ne doit etre connecte ou deconnecte uniquement
hors tension.
