Le défi proposé : Administrateur de système, Sécurité SMTP
Sous la supervision du chef d’équipe opérations TI, relevant du directeur aux opérations et situé à notre bureau
de Sherbrooke, l'administrateur de systèmes en sécurité SMTP est principalement responsable du support et du
maintien des services tels que les services de sécurité SMTP (antispam, antivirus, etc.), Exchange, des serveurs
Linux, de même que des autres services offerts par SherWeb.
Vous aurez le mandat de :







Maintenir, améliorer et optimiser les services personnalisés de sécurité SMTP de SherWeb ;
Participer au support avancé et à la résolution d’incidents et problèmes escaladés par l'équipe de
support de niveau 3 ;
Procéder à des investigations approfondies sur les causes racines (root cause) menant aux
améliorations requises pour nos différents environnements ;
Participer aux différentes optimisations des environnements avec le reste de l’équipe ;
Participer à la gestion des outils de monitoring, de mise à jour et de reporting ;
Prendre part à certains projets, dont vous pourrez avoir la charge, visant l'amélioration et
l'optimisation des services ;
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe, selon les besoins de l’entreprise.
Vous présentez ce type de profil :





DEC en informatique ou une combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente ;
Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en administration de systèmes ;
Bonne capacité de troubleshooting ;
Une expérience éprouvée en gestion de systèmes Linux et Microsoft ;
Bilinguisme (anglais et français) à l’oral et à l’écrit est essentiel.
Une ou plusieurs des connaissances suivantes seraient un atout :


Linux CentOS et Debian(Ubuntu) ;
Postfix ou autres Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) ;





Langages: Bash, Perl, Python, Powershell;
Solutions antispam, antivirus et continuité des courriels (email continuity) ;
Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013/2016 ;
MySQL et/ou Microsoft SQL incluant langage T-SQL ;
Environnement avec clusters et haute disponibilité.

specialists and system administrators, with whom you will grow your expertise!
The Challenge: System Administrator, IT Operations – SMTP Security
As part of the Operations Team, reporting directly to the Director of IT Operations and based out at our
Sherbrooke office, the system administrator in security SMTP is primarily responsible for support and
maintenance services as SMTP security (antispam, antivirus, etc.), Exchange, Linux servers, as well as other
services offered by SherWeb.
You will be asked to:







Participate in advanced support and resolution of incidents and problems escalated by the team of
Level 3 Technicians;
Conduct depth investigations into the root causes leading to improvements needed for our different
environments;
Maintain, upgrade and optimize SherWeb’s STMP security personalized services;
Participate in the management of monitoring, updating and reporting tools;
Participate in projects, of which you might be in charge, aiming at improving and optimizing our
network;
Perform all other related tasks based on the needs of the organization;
Participate in different optimizations of our environment with the rest of the team.
You have a background that is similar to this:





DEC in Computer Science or equivalent combination in training and experience;
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in system administration;
Good ability in troubleshooting;
In-depth experience in Microsoft and Linux system administration;
Ability to speak and write perfectly in both English and French;
Knowing how to work with one of the followings is an asset:





Linux CentOS and Debian (Ubuntu);
Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013;
Microsoft SQL Server management including T-SQL language;
Clusters and high availability environments;
Postfix or other Mail Transfer Agent (MTA);


